An unbelievable vacation, great rooms and food but it was the STAFF that made it perfect!

"We had an excellent stay, the food was definetly better at the Maya and the staff as always is incredible! The people that work the shows, activies, etc... then eat breakfast with us and then dance the night away at the disco are amazing... how do they do it and smile all of the time! This was our fifth stay with you in six years, but our first time at Maya (Del Mar, Beach etc before). My only dissapointment was that after mentioning that this was our fifth visit etc, I would have hoped for a upgraded room, free bottle of wine at a dinner or something. They gave me a 10 off card, but then it didn't work in the two shops I visited anyways."

Very, Very special and we can't wait to come back.

"We stayed at the Paraiso Maya resort for 7 nights. We arrived on October 17th and departed on October 24th. We had a great time. The hotel was so pretty. Our room was just gorgeous. We had a junior suite that faced the mangrove field in building no. 61. We had jacuzzi tub in our room. The bathroom was huge! Our bed was so comfortable. The food at all of the restaurants was really good. We ate at the Steakhouse, The Italian and the Mexican. We also went to the Taco Bar in the shopping center and it was just fantastic. Try the No. 6 tacos. Outstanding! Keep in mind that this is Mexico. not the USA! The staff was really great and accomadating. My IPOD needed recharging and the front desk gave it a tag and recharged it on the computer in the backroom. How cool is that? So we will be back as soon as we can. We had a wonderful vacation."

My grandson said "This is greater than Disney"

"The pools were great. We enjoyed every one of them. The buffets we enjoyed also. The only thing we didn't like was the shows. They were to late for us."
