IBEROSTAR Paraíso Lindo
Our guests reviewsIBEROSTAR Paraíso Lindo
The grounds are well maintained, the staff is friendly!
"I just spent 5 days at Iberostar Lindo in Mexico, The facility is beautiful and well maintained. Rooms are clean, staff is helpful. The food was as expected from an all inclusive. I found the steak restaurant least of my favorites mainly because it was child friendly and if you went earlier to dinner, many families allowed the young children to scream and yell which is very disturbing to diners without children. The French restaurant was my favorite. I would definitely try another Iberostar location on future travel."Rating: 9,0
"I loved it. Great service great food. Areas of improvement, grounds could use some extra love and attention, the beds are too hard and the pillows are thin and cheap. Building 50 smells like sewage you guys have to get this fixed. The pool walls need to be scrubbed down better. Better rules for saving chairs on the beach. Thanks Peter"Rating: 9,0
Iberostar Paraiso Lindo
"Stayed at the next door resort 6 years ago and I would say that the quality (food, decor) has declined significantly. Disappointed as a repeat customer. Although my room was clean, it smelled horribly. The entertainment staff was incredible though. They made up for the other negatives. "Rating: 7,0
"The Hotel was clean and maintained, we chose the lindo in mexico because we were travelling with our 2 children, and were dissapointed in the kids club, lazy river(was stagnant and there were only 4 tubes for the whole resort) and wave pool, however the ocean and beach were beautiful. We found the food good, but ate at the beach resort, we had paid more for the upgrade but did not see a diference in the quality, in fact the cheaper side was better. will probably use iberostar again but not pay for the upgrades as I think it was just a money grab."Rating: 7,0
Despite the minor short comings, I would definitely recomment this resort.
"Overall a lovely resort. Took a while to get bearings & find restaurants. A few complaints - pool closed & no hot tub available past 6 PM. Way too early, especially since there is not much going on at this resort in the evening other than the show. And this was during March break, so it was quite busy at the resort. I also think a daily newsletter or something for things going on at resort would be helpful. Felt a sense of disconnect here. "Rating: 8,0
"All in all a fine resort with very accomidating staff. I was however, very disappointed upon check out. I had called and requested a Bellman to pick up my bags at 5 am day of departure. He never showed. When I called to see where he was, they said he was on his way. at 5:15 , we left to check out and I took my 5 bags down myself. Advised front desk and the gentlemen, said he had no record of a request. made on apology and offerd no comprromise. Very disappointing!"Rating: 8,0
My experience from years before was excellent, I wish this year was better.
"I would rate your hotel "9" but our room was very dark, sort of dingy, pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable.(Overall we had a nicer room at Del Mar previous stay) Also it was difficult to shower because water temperature was rapidly changing from warm to scalding hot or cold. Housekeeping was excellent, concierge excellent. Good selection of food in buffets, but many times cold. A la Carte restaurants not that great, except Brazilian and Gourmet-French. This was our 4-th stay with Iberostar and I don't think it offered us better experience that Del Mar did or even Punta Cana even though it should as it is a more expensive hotel."Rating: 8,0
