IBEROSTAR Paraíso Del Mar

We love Mexico and the Iberostar properties are truly wonderful.

"We LOVE the Paraiso Del Mar. The only complaint that we have is that the ponds near the lobby need to be cleaned up more often or recirculated in a different way because they have a foul ordor similar to sulfur. Otherwise, despite our hurricane Rina, the staff, the workers, the food, entertainment, everything was amazing as always."

"The staff was excellent It was are 1st time there and plan on coming back in the future The quality of food was just okay but the entertainment by the pool and the shows over exceeded our expectations Looking forward to visiting you again"

It was romantic and relaxing. Nice vacation.

"Too much walking to pool, to beach, to food court... not enough carts or trolleys to provide adequate transports. Expected authentic Mexican food, but it was all Americanized. Staff very friendly."

WOW.

"The only complain I have are the animals at the Buffet (cats, birds, monkeys ( I'm not sure are they called monkey or something else). Not everybody love animals around the food."

A wonderful vacation!!!!

"The total complex was very clean and well maintained in spite of hurricane rina. Employees were very friendly, cordial and at our service at all times. Will recommend this resort to all friends and relatives. Thank you for making our stay a pleasant one."

"Needed better lighting in the bathroom. Bathroom in general needed to be updated. The toilet would flush by itself all the time and the hair dryer would start by itself. Very annoying at night when you are trying to sleep. Pool water was way too cold! On the plus side, staff was very nice, loved all the animals that were around. The food was very good."
