"Very enjoyable,relaxing, and best value for the money vacation. The food, drinks, entertainment and hotel atmosphere are great. The staff are very courteous and friendly. There is as much or as little to do as you want. This was our second trip here and we are already planning for a third next year."

"We had a wonderful time at your resort. The only bad thing was the 4 days of rain we had. The staff at The Del Mar were wonderful. We really enjoyed the Japanese dining the best. We would stay at an Iberostar again"

We got what we paid for

"The staff is excellent. The food is very average. We got a smoking room when we arrived and had requested non smoking. We were given an upgraded room for $50 USD. The hotel was not full so I was very suprised at the cost"

Enjoyed the grounds, beach and people of the resort.

"Have been to many resorts in mexico, this ranks towards the top. Have been to similar size resorts with more food and drink areas. There were considerably more smokers here than at any other resort we have stayed at. Because of this it rates a 9.5. The grounds and workers were all very nice(10)."

A wonderful place and setting to relax and enjoy the pleasures of Mexico.

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Paraiso Del Mar. The hotel and grounds were beautiful and staff friendly and first rate. Food at both the buffets and specialty restaurants was plentiful and very good. If I had to find any faults, I would recommend better pillows and bedding in the rooms. Also, would be nice if there were other forms of entertainment in the evenings other than the shows or disco. Possibly utilizing the billiard room for guest tournaments or a card room for friendly games of poker or gin. We had such a good time, we hope to visit again in the near future."

Couldn't wait to go home. We were very disappointed

"We have stayed at the DelMar twice before, and we have noticed that the hotel property appears to have been neglected. The pools were dirty, spa was dirty and in our room the shower head did not work the first day we were there. It was fixed the next day. The toilet didn't always flush properly and clogged once. The food was not good at the buffet. It was the same every day. Very disappointed"

There was always something to do!

"Our group had a great time with each other, enjoyed the service and the staff, and the beach was nice and clean."
