was very relaxing

"waited to long for onsite transporation first two nights it took over one hour of waiting,My room had hundreds of ants they came and sprayed hurbeside all over our vanity and shower did not care for that."

"We had our wedding at the hotel and it was amazing. The wedding coordinator was fantastic and everything went smoothly even with teh risk of a hurricane! We had a wonderful time as did all our guests. We loved all the wildlife and impecable service. We look forward to coming back as soon as possible! We feel Iberostar resorts are the way to go!"

Good service but shortcomings with the room.

"The food was good, service was good. The TV in the room didn't work, nor did the radio. The water pressure in the shower was very weak. We were on the second floor but during a storm the room totally flooded from water seeping under the door. We had to call about midnight to have someone come get the water out. The power also went out a couple times for short periods of time. I would have liked to have been offered something in the way of a voucher toward a next stay to compensate for the shortcomings of the room but nothing was offered. Even a $100 voucher toward a future stay would have been nice."

Exceeded our highest expectations and then some. WONDERFUL.

"My wife and I could not ask for any better treatment, help or assistance. The complex was excellent as well as the staff, waiters, maids, grounds keepers and all the employees there. The only thing we could think of is that not only us, but other visitors to any resort will always buy items to take home. It would be, in our opinion, a great benefit to have some sort of weight scale near the front lobbies so that travellers may weigh their suitcases to make sure their baggage is not over the allowable limits. This would help the guests to balance their baggage before arriving at the airport and save some time and frustration with the baggage. Just thought it may be another "first" for Iberostar to lead the way in assisting travelers. Again, we thank you all for a most enjoyable and pleasant time on our trip. We certainly do appreciate your assistance in making this trip, in our opinion, certainly the best so far. We will come back."

It was better than I expected.

"Not ever having done an all inclusive before, I was pleasantly surprised at the convenience of it all. Service was great, staff very pleasant, grounds were immaculate and spectacular and all in all I had a great time and look forward to coming back!"

"When we arrived, the safe didn't work, the TV didn't work, and the room smelled bad. It was a bad first impression.We were also a little disappointed, we didn't get to eat at the restaurants we wanted to, the day we arrived, everything was already booked. We had to talk to a head consierge to even get one. I know we were there during the off season, but it was still our vacation and we didn't expect to have limited availibility."
