    "Of the 10 hotels we have visited over the years. This was the best site by far. The hotel is top notch, the food quality was excellent and the staff very friendly. The room was very clean and the site was well designed. Fantastic vacation with my wife."

    "We stayed as a group of 4 in August 2014. We had an amazing experience is Mexico, the beach was beautifully kept with plenty of sun loungers and clear blue sea. The pool was massive! Not too much of a problem getting 4 sun loungers together (just get there earlyish)! Good choice of drinks at all the bars. The main buffet was delicious with lots of choice and regular changes to the menu. All the al acarte restaraunts was amazing, the best being the Japanese - a real show! Brilliant service from the staff, beautiful rooms although a little dated but that didn't matter! An amazing experience had by all of us! "

    "We visited for seven nights and had a wonderful time. The only thing that would have made it better would be a dresser in the room, I had to stack eighth days worth of clothes for four people into some shelves in the closet and on hangers, wifi and more fans by the stage. The resort was huge and there were activites thoughout the day and a show and the club at night. The Star Frends were great, they are responsible for the activites and shows. They were always full of energy and happy to invite us to participate in all games and activities. We would definately visit again. P.S. the best pool I have seen."

Liked Mediterranean restaurant- lots of very delicious seafood. Very relaxed vacation. We recommend this resort to everyone, who wants to forget about everything, and have a great vacation. "

    "We had a wonderful weeks stay at Iberostar Paraiso Beach/Del Mar 8/17. It was our first visit there and it did not disappoint. The property was beautiful and spacious. Generally, we prefer a smaller property but the deal was too good to pass up based on other reviews. We ordered room service a couple times and it was delivered within 30 minutes as promised. We had requested 2 side by side rooms for the family, and were accomodated. The air conditioning kept the room nice and cool with no problems. The beds were not very comfortable, in fact they were fairly hard and sleeping was difficult. Other than that, the rooms were clean, roomy, well stocked and very nice. There was always an open restaurant/snack bar somewhere and the courtesy of the staff was excellent. I highly recommend this resort and would return again. Cons It is very spread out and involves alot of walking, so if you are limited on your walking, it could be challenging. The do have trams that run from the main lobby down to the beach periodically, so you can always catch one. I noticed they were easy to find in the morning hours and the afternoons were a little more few and far between. We did have a negative experience at The Gourmet Restaurant. We did not arrive dressed in mens slacks, etc. and, although we returned to the room and changed, when we returned to the restaurant, the manager totally ignored us for a long period of time and was blatantly rude to us. No one would come to our table to greet us or offer us a drink. After about 10 minutes we had to call the manager over and ask for drinks and service. We were still ignored for awhile and not provided good service at all. We had to catch someone if we needed anything. The food ended up being terrible, so it was an all around bad experience. Another problem we had was I needed to print my boarding passes the day before departing and they did not offer any type of business office service. They sent me over to the resort next door, who wasn't able to help me, then I was sent over to the shopping mall area. I never could locate the office they had sent me to so I finally gave up. The walk to these areas was insane and I ended up paying a driver to get me back to my resort. We were never able to get our boarding passes printed in advance. Aside from the couple of negatives, the positive aspects of this resort, food, and service was outstanding. "

    "Отдыхал с супругой 7 дней в августе 2014 года. Мы жили в Иберостар Бич, а наши друзья в Иберостар Линдо. Хороший отель, безупречный сервис. Чистая уборка номера, замечательная анимация и интересные вечерние представления. Прекрасная ухоженная территория отела (комплекса отелей). Море спокойное, один раз принесло водоросли, но их быстро убрали. Питание на любой вкус. Много пар были с детьми и я не видел у них проблем. Они были довольны и счасливы. Экскурсий почти не брал, т.к. приехал с 9-ти дневной экскурсией на автобусе из Мехико. Всем советую этот комплекс отелей. А американцам советую: не давать бесконечных чаевых за все, т.е. за свою работу персоналу отеля. Особенно в баре, в ресторане и даже на пляже. Это со временем развратит персонал - ведь Вы не стимулируете их работу, а заставляете некоторые личности становиться алчными. И без Ваших подачек видно, что персонал - вежливые, воспитанные и работящие люди. Не унижайте их своими подачками (долларами)! Для хозяев отеля: тапочки стоят очень дешево. Неужели сложно купить их для Ваших постояльцев?"
