"I would like to say the staff - with the exception of the check-out girl, were awesome, nice and very attentive. The girl behind the check-out counter was rude. The Mexican and Brazilian Restaurants were good. The Gourmet Restaurant was not. I had requested a handicap room with walk in shower and was given a room with a tub. We had to move the next day. The blanket on my bed looked worn and dirty. The coffee pot's spout was on the side of the pot which made it difficult to pour. The water from the shower would always get all over the bathroom floor. The peacocks going on my deck and crapping was awful. Why don't you put that wire up on everyone's deck to eliminate this? It would have been nice if you had some Champagne and fruit waiting in the room as a welcome gift. "Rating: 7,0
Very good overall, excellent service, great food, good beach. Room could have been better, noisy air conditionning, no bathtub made it hard with our young daughter.

"Positive comments: Very good maid service for our room, very friendly staff, most of resort was clean Challenges: staff consistently gave incorrect information. (e.g. If you arrive before checkin, there is NO secure place to leave luggage, the bellboys insisted the luggage sit outside the hotel on the sidewalk while the registration desk indicated that the bell staff would take to secured room. This resulted in being compelled to sit in lobby to ensure no one took your luggage. Registration staff also informed us that snacks in shops were no charge. This was important because we arrived two hours before lunch was being served and had not eaten since the day before. The shops do not offer free snacks, although alcoholic beverages were(do not mean this as an alternative). Due to our early departure, we were starving and actually starting to feel ill. The hotel rooms are not well maintained. Attempting to get reservations to the specialty restaurants was extremely difficult and we were forced to compromise on time and cuisine. We were told that we should have booked online ahead of time and paid. This not acceptable for an all inclusive. We were not trying to reserve more than the allotted number of dinners and felt very, very misled. We also tried to book as soon as we possibly could which was the morning following arrival in which we stood in line prior to the concierge opening. I am not sure what we could have done better. The specialty restaurant experience was very dismal and the food quality was no better than the buffet. As I said we felt very misled and were disappointed."Rating: 6,0
"The resort and beach were great. There was a large selection of food at the lunch and supper buffets but the food was not hot ( temperature ). The breakfast buffet was delicious. The employees at the resort were very friendly and nice. The only thing that would prevent me from coming back would be the food otherwise everything else was good!"Rating: 8,0
There is a lot of room for improvement - at 5 star status you should already be there!
"Didn't really feel I got my "bang for my buck". I ate too ripe fruit, could see the recycling of the food, not impressed with stocking the fridge every second day when we need water in the heat, and service was not that friendly. I was equally not impressed when my toilet paper was stocked with 2 half rolls....really??? Its a 5 star...can I have a full roll?"Rating: 7,0
