"it seemed that we were left to our own resources during the stoorm. everything closed without notice and we were dreched going and coming to dinner. there appears not to be enough management ,one person and the desk only"

"Bonjour , la seule amélioration que je pourrais vous suggrer c'est comme je voyageais avec un bb e 10 mois serait d avoir des chaises de bb pour l'alimentation plus haute et avec des tables intgrer et verifier si elles possèdent toute des ceintures de securit......mais pour le reste tout tait parfait je suis agent de voyage et votre hotel est et serait toujours des bons choix a conseiller à mes clients aurevoir et àla prochaine Carmen Lebel Voyages avantage Vimont Laval Montral Quebec"

my stay was disappointing, the food was very poor at the restaurants and the service even worse

"The hotel was clean but needs updating. the trolley hit me as i was walking and i had to ice my leg for 3 days to recover and the trolley driver did not even aplogize. the other people on the trolley got off to help me, but not him.the restaurants are very poor and the buffet has pratcially the smae food every day. You could only get a reservation for 3 nights in your stay... that is ridiculous. and the restaurants are empty."

"We were there for 7 nights. It rained so much that I believe the sewer system backed up. The smell was terrible throughout the complex and at the beach for most of the week. . Your employees were fantastic. All of them were courteous and honestly concerned with our well being. We stayed at the Parisio Playa Del Mar and I would be remiss if I didn't specifically thank a young lady who met us at the buffet door at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Her name is Maria Fernanda Aboytes and she made us feel welcome throughout our stay. It is time to consider promoting that employee. Her smile was there at 7am and still there at 7pm. She was always genuinly happy to see us. Thank you Maria. ."
