We enjoyed our stay but the food, service and ammenities were not up to their usual standard.

"Iberostar Hotels are our favorite. We have stayed in most of them in Cancun and we have also stayed in Cozumel. The service was not up to its usual standard. The attention to detail was not the same. The Star Friends staff was amazing as always...they were a lot of fun. The alacarte restaurants were disappointing and the one we really wanted to go to we could not get into."

"We love Iberostar! This was the first time we had taken our children to an Iberostar and it was a fabulous experience for us and them. The Lucy club was a big hit and the staff was very attentive to the kids. The only flaw to our visit was the hard matresses and lack of hot water for the shower. All and all, not a big deal. We will definitely be back!"
