Had a great time.
"The Iberostar Paraiso Beach is a beautiful tropical paradise. the atmosphere is very warm and relaxing, food was very good both a la carte and buffet and staff attentive. We enjoyed the entertainment crew who worked hard all day and in the evening to ensure everyone was having a great time. the beach is perfect for swimming in the waves and walking as far as you can. All amenities and excursions are available if you want them."

"This was the 2nd trip for me and my wife at the Iberostar resorts and 3rd to Cancun. Iberostar's attention to detail like architecture, designed, plants and wild life contributes to the overall atmosphere to build serenity and comfort. The always smiling and friendly staff worked very hard to keep all my needs and that of my family satisfied at all times throughout our stay. I also liked that it was not too crowded and there was plenty of food and drink. "

"i love my staying in paraiso beach resort, i really was treated like a king friendly atmosfere..... i would love to go again. the only thing i have to say negative, it is the food presentation, not the food itself, the presentation as well the set up... be more creative in the variety and also the choping to become a mouth side....."

"This was a truly remarkable and memorial vacation for my husband and I. from our welcoming drink on arrival to our luggage transfer back to lobby for end of vacation - the entire staff of iberostar could not have been more helpful or friendly. daily room service completed and refrigerators stocked without question . grounds, walkways and all restaurants kept immaculate. all workers appeared to enjoy what they were doing and were never to busy to answer questions. we have enjoyed our stay tremendously and would love to return soon with our grown children."

"I thought the hotel was awesome, the rooms were great, the pool was amazing, the beach was clean and wide open. The food left a little to be desired. I think at the buffet, front and center you should always have traditional mexican. Then the featured styles that change daily would be at the other stations. I found it hard to get a mexican dish. I also liked the touch of having margaritas one night and juice one morning at the welcome table when you enter the buffet. But of a 5 day stay, only saw that twice. That should be a daily occurance. And the mini-fridge should be restocked daily or at least upon request, that was horrible. I had a toddler that was napping and going to bed early so we were in the room a lot with nothing to drink and were told on several occasions that our mini-bar would be restocked, then no one ever arrived. It wasn't even restocked every other day as advertised.The kids shows at night were great, but you need to be more inclusive for the littler kids (which were plentiful at the resort), and maybe start a little earlier and make them a little longer. The girls that worked at lucy's mini club and the show are awesome!!!!! But again, need to do more for the younger kids (i.e. no sing-off, games that lend themselves to a wider audience, more dancing).How about a welcome drink upon arrival? Or friendlier front desk people? And more than one bell boy?Overall, it was a great stay. If you could do more for the younger kids I'd go back."
