    "Need a little bit more English speaking at your front desk staff. Some of the restaurants lacked variety. Air-conditioner broke three days in a row in our room and a refrigerator it was warm. Quality of drinks what alcohol! You should have on-site concierge service in order to print your proper documentation for your return flight home. And the charging of the Internet Wi-Fi service is ridiculous since 90% of the time it did not work unless you are white in the lobby"

    "Front desk staff not up to par in terms of friendliness, efficiency and willingness to help relative to the other staff at restaurants, bars, entertainment, and other service staff. Specifically, upon a request to pay extra for a late checkout on our last day (primarily due to late flight), the self-claimed supervisor (Mariana) would not do a thorough check to accommodate us, even in one of the two family rooms we had. Upon a request to talk to her supervisor, she was somewhat rude and claimed that she was the ultimate authority and would not get me the contact information for the manager or anyone else. In these types of resorts (e.g., Dreams), accommodating the customer, especially a return customer (Mariana was made aware of this), is the highest priority. However, Mariana could not be bothered to take the extra steps to accommodate our request. She kept insisting that our rooms were booked for that day, and that there were no other rooms for us, which I found hard to believe in such a large hotel. We did not arrive for our first night until almost 10 PM, which I am sure is a regular arrival time for some of the guests. We also had a problem with wifi service, which took a lot of discussion to straighten out."

    "Our only complaints were that when we asked for late checkout, we were told EVERY room in the hotel was booked. I find that very hard to believe. Also, we had to ask to have our room sprayed for mosquitoes...our whole family was covered in bites."

    "Overall the staff top to bottom was tremendous, some of the best bell boys in the business. Friendly accommodating and overwhelmingly helpful. The rooms were always clean and comfortable. The bartenders were amazing and the amount of people they served in a day was mind blowing ."
