    "My husband & I stayed at the Iberostar Grand Hotel Paraiso. Very clean rooms and hotel always clean. Bed was very comfortable. The staff was wonderful and friendly through out. Food & drinks were excellent. We recommend to our family & friends. We will be returning."

    "Air Conditioning in room/spa/sports bar/Las Brisas was minimal at best. Swim suits and TShirts from the pool remained damp and mildew filled upon returning from home, three times in the washing machine to no avail, had to toss the clothes out."

    This was our second time at this hotel and we think it was better then first time.

    "Great Hotel and friednly staff , always ready to please you, and make your vacation the most memorable. I will mention this employes without taking the merit to the rest of the staff in special Julio in the front desk Maria the room maid ,Reyes at the beach, (Myrna) at the quiet pool, Roger in the Venetian restaurant, Daniela at Tonys restaurant"

    "I found that when there were issues, the hotel staff were more problem creators than problem solvers. When the hotel directed us to their preferred vendor for a day trip and then had issues, management told us it wasn't their issue. They wouldn't help us even with the language barrier issues. When I asked for a late check out by 2 hours, I was told I couldn't because of the full occupancy. This would have been fine except that I sat in my room for almost an hour after check out waiting for the bell hop to pick up my luggage. Frustrating. It was also EXTREMELY disappointing to get to the resort and be told only dinner restaurant options before 9:00 pm were at other resorts on property where the food and drink quality were lower than our resort."

    Excellent as always

    "Our sixth visit over, and once again the Iberostar Paraiso Grand has delivered outstanding on its customer service, environment and food. I cannot recommend this Hotel highly enough the staff are exceptional and nothing is too much trouble for them. We shall be planning our return soon."

    my experience-

    "I only have one issue I want to bring to your attention. As a secret shopper-- I am always looking for great customer service, but also DIVERSITY in advertising. I saw ZERO ZILCH NADA diversity in your advertising while I was at the Grand--I would like to suggest that you invest in African American models- it was obvious that we only saw three others while at resort."
