Our experience with this hotel could not have been better. Staff, restaurants and food choices, room, pool and beach areas left nothing to complain about.

Most friendly staff, excellent food and restaurant choices, pool and beach areas, all made for a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. Beautiful resort with excellent and friendly service!
"Our one week stay was very enjoyable. The staff was awesome. I would like to mention a few that really raised the bar to make sure our stay was great. Star friends were Tommy, Yocayra and Armando. Bartenders were Rosy and Julio. Butlers were Jonathan, Francisco. Wait staff were Edwin Rodriguez and Elasis(can't remember the spelling but he worked in the main buffet area, very, very, attentive). One complaint would be the towel hut. A five star resort shouldn't worry about a few missing towels. The price we paid to stay at this resort should certainly cover any "missing" towel expenses. We never had any issues with towels at the Riu Palace Bavaro last year. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay and a wonderful resort. "Rating: 10,0
"My husband and I stayed at your hotel from Mar. 19-26. This was our third visit to an Iberostar hotel. It was by far our most pleasant vacation. Everyone seemed to want to make sure that our visit was the best that it could be. I have to say that the food was fabulous! We don't usually expect great food when we go to an all-inclusive, but the food here was wonderful. The rooms were wonderful and always kept pristine. We will definitely return. Thank you to all of the staff for such a great job! Kelvin, our butler, was exceptional!"Rating: 10,0

"The GRAND building is beautiful. The food exceeded expectations. The service exceeded expectations. The negative: the cleaning staff talking loudly with walkie talkie on loudest setting outside our room at 7am waking us up; such a beautiful property should have a casino in or near the main building. Having to take a circuitous golf cart ride to a dingy little casino does not represent the Iberostar Grand image well. "Rating: 10,0
