"We were so pleasantly surprised with our fabulous experience at the Iberostar Grand Hotel Bavaro Beach in Punta Cana. The resort, smiling and helpful staff, rooms, activities, cleanliness, food, location,and beach were impeccable (and I am very picky). We thought that we would not like an all inclusive because it might be too "canned", but because of all the choices of what to do (or NOT to do), and the laid back, stress-free atmosphere (while still attending to every detail) this is a wonderful getaway and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone as a perfect place to go to really relax and be pampered."Rating: 9,0
"Our stay was fantastic! Have never stayed at an hotel that was so focused on making our stay the best and truly cared about our requests. The staff was always smiling and working hard for the guests. My husband misplaced his phone and immediately five staff members were going out of their way to help. We found it where he left it in the cabana but staff asked us all day if he found his phone. The rooms and facilities were outstanding and very clean. We travel extensively and this overall experience was outstanding. Hardest working staff we have ever encountered. Laura Wagner and her management team were excellent. They made a point of meeting the guests and solving any issues. Looking forward to our return. "Rating: 10,0

"A great resort with top notch service,excellent food, excellent beach and pools. The resort is not overcrowded and there was always room at the pool to get a cabana. My wife used the spa service and it was just average compared to say the Hard Rock resort Punta Cana. In all other aspects it was top notch and we are planning a return visit next year. "Rating: 9,0
