"Great place, great buffet, great rooms, great beach, friendly staff at the restaurants and bars. Problems at the front desk and with the tour operators working at the hotel booking desks. They demanded cash for our excursion after we had booked using a credit card and paying the higher price - we ended up having to cancel the excursion because we didn't have cash. They forgot to book our transportation back to the airport and it was a stressful experience waiting an hour to get a replacement shuttle and almost missing our flights back to the US. The management is way too lax at the front desk, and they do not show concern for the travelers' experience - certainly not consistent with a theoretical five star resort. Iberostar needs a lesson in hospitality management, American style."Rating: 7,0
"Beach was very nice, and the grounds were nicely maintained. Food was decent, the ala carte meals were nothing special except for the French; overall the ala carte meals need improvement as they were the same or in some cases worse than the buffet. A/C in the rooms needs to be cooler, we felt quite stifled at night. Overall a nice stay, but I think we will go to the Iberostar Grand next time."Rating: 9,0

"Didnt have a good check in experience, but other than that had a great stay. I think a traininf in customer service might be beeficial for workers that interact with guests."Rating: 7,0
"Room was clean, entertainment was OK, beach setting and service was great. Food was horrible, I've had food from cafeterias that was much better. The quality and taste of it was extremely dissatisfying and poor. For this reason alone, I will not consider future stays at IBEROSTAR hotels."Rating: 5,0
"Super Hotel. Great accommodation and facilities, kind people always serving with a "smile", a nice variety of entertainment for all ages, good quality of food and drinks. A small area of improvement, could be to increase the percentage theme (variable part) buffet offer versus the daily standard part. Also advertise the "Day theme" better. Nevertheless, the quality of the food served remains superb and this is only a personal comment."Rating: 9,0
The bottom line, I want to go there again.
"Food was brilliant, service was Great, lots of good activities and quality over all was excellent. The only thing that is keeping me from giving 10 out of 10 was the entertainment. Inn the 7 days I was there, one nights show was OK, and one was great. The other nights was terrible and embarrassing. And the pre-show was just embarrassing. And the experience we had at the “Club” DC-6 was fine, until the crew in yellow shirts came and ruined our good time. Stopping all the dancing, because they had to do a group line dance. At which point my 15 friends and I lost all interest. And we where not the onlyone that left at that point. The bottom line, I want to go there again."Rating: 9,0
