"Our stay at Iberostar Costa Dorada (three weeks in February)was a great experience! Nice room(we paid extra for ocean view), the food was good, nice pool, and wonderful temperature in the ocean! The only thing that we din't appreciate was the extremely loud sound at the shows, because there was no other place to sit having a talk while the show was going on. However, the entertainment was, as far as we could see, excellent, but the loud sound made us stay away from the performances. We recommend a stay at Iberostar Costa Dorada! "

Excellent personnel, service and facilities

"From Mr. Jorge Martinez, Gen. Mgr., and Mrs. Mari Alonzo, Mgr. of Reception, down to the kitchen staff and splendid animation staff, who wholeheartedly welcomed not only my family of 4 and a friend, but also the 6 indigent children of DOVE MISSIONS http://dovemissions.org/ - THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH! This meant a whole lot to us because these children would never ever have tasted the simple joy of eating more food than they could imagine, drinking different ice cold juices and ice cream, swimming in the crystal clear beautiful pool, playing tennis for the very first time, and being treated so nicely by ALL the Iberostar staff esp. Luis Manuel, Mgr. of Food/Catering, who made sure they got what they needed, and were served with utmost attention and 'respect' by the friendly waiters and waitresses. Our family and these children will never forget this wonderful experience, and I thank our good Lord for making us instruments of His love and care. BRAVO to you all @ IBEROSTAR COSTA DORADA! We've stayed at many resorts and first class hotels around the world, and we can honestly say that your service, attention, facilities, and personnel are definitely one of the best! "your service is excellent,but there were too many locals guesses that made our stay unconfortable, they were rude and with out manners. we always visit your hotel and we love it but this experience has negativetely impacted our visit. your employees are wonderfull we have nothing bad to say about them but even they felt uncomfortable because they couldn't do their job approperly. we always take vacations to be relax but this time we were not able to do that.sincerely,Rafael & Celia Blanco"
