    my experience was a very good one.

    "I enjoyed myself everyone was very nice and helpful. The room was very beautiful but if you leave balcony door open for a bit the floor gets wet and slippery and dangerous. Also the humidity in the room was not good the bed felt moist that was a little uncomfortable. Other than that it was great. Would visit again and tell friends. Thank you very much for a great stay. Your workers are great!!!"

    Special acknowledgement to Samantha a Star Friends trainee. She went out of her way to make me feel welcomed and even sat down to have lunch with me.

    "Our vacation was very relaxing. The resort was beautiful and well maintained. Our room had a great view, the pools were clean, the beach was clean, the shows were fun, the Star Friends were great, and the food was delicious. The only issues that we had was the internet access. We would lose connections at time especially in our room. If you can fix that, you would definitely be a 10!!"

    "Rose Hall Suites was awesome, food fantastic. Pool bar staff were so much fun and sweet. The only little thing I would suggest to you would be to have the rooms available when the guests arrive. We were the only 2 people to checkin on Saturday September 6, when we arrived at the front desk we were told our room was not ready yet. So we went to have lunch and then came back about 1 hour later and our room was then available. After flying for 3 1/2 hours all we wanted to do was change our clothes and freshen up and then go to lunch and relax for the rest of the day. I do not think it only happened to us during the week I noticed others arrive and then show up at the restaurants for lunch with the ladies still carrying around there purses and not dressed for the warmer weather. Also noting the hotel was not that busy, one day we asked and we were advised only 135 guests for,that night. Thank you for a wonderful experience with your hotel chain. Best regards Linda Ann Hush"

    Not sure I would return

    "Because of the low season, restaurant closed, I had to argue to have cards when I returned beach towels, I had to go to reception to get them???. Service poor in the restaurant, didn't remove the plates when coming back with other plates, mattress in bad condition, we were asked if we want another room, we change from the beach to the suites, on change was enought. "
