    "Enjoyed hotel and accomindations very much staff was very friendly and helpful I will return to this resort for sure and will consider other Iberostar resorts around the world for my travel locations to stay at It would have been nice to have a coffee stop at the resort separate from the alcohol/bar as it would assist in better service but was still a fabulous time Thanks for the wonderful experience at your resort "

    "This was my first stay at an all inclusive resort. Our food experience was better than expected. there was so much to choose from. the Alacarts were exceptional and the servers in the the alacarts and the buffets were so courtieous. The drinks were above my expectations and again the servers exceeded my expectations. I foound the styling of the hotels and rooms very pleasant and always kept tidy. The one minor thing that did not hurt my vacation but just for some constructive feedback was the water preasure was low in our room and the shower could have been cleaned a little better. I have been raving about my stay and would recomend your resort to anyone."

    "Dear Customer Service, Iberostar Rose Hall Suites Montego Bay Booking Number 0052495029 (Apple Vacation) My wife (Danielle Policella) and I and two other couples (Mario and Julie Policella / Christian Fairey and Anka Cincurak) recently stayed at the Iberostar Rose Hall Suites resort in Montego Bay. This was our second trip back to the Rose Hall Suites and in the past, we have had positive experiences when staying at Iberostar, however, this time we had an unpleasant, potentially life threating situation. One evening, I stepped down into the steam room after turning it on and was electrocuted. It was so strong that it made me fall to the ground repeatedly as I attempted to escape. Unable to escape my brother-in law tried to pull me out and was electrocuted up his arm as well. Luckily for us, he was able to let go of me and was close enough to the power button to quickly turn the power off. Had he not been there I would have never been able to escape by myself! Both of us being shaken up we told the staff at the spa what had happened. Their response was to put a wet floor sign in front of the door (which did not work because several people tried to go into the room and our wives warned them of the danger) and tried to divert our issue by asking if we had ever seen the wellness pool. We were very upset that they did not seem to care and did not take us seriously. We decided to try and find a manger at the front desk. There was a full report issued which you can verify with the hotel. We were promised that someone would contact us the next day to make sure we were okay and deal with our concerns. Sadly, we were never contacted which we took as an attempt to brush this situation under the rug. For the rest of the trip, it was not the same. I was shaken up and my legs and arms felt numb. I had bruises and cuts on my legs, stomach and buttocks from the falls. This was a serious incident and if it was not for my brother-in law, I may have died through the electrical shock. I repeat again how lucky I was that my brother-in-law was there because I hope that death is not what it takes for your staff to pay attention to a customer at your resort. This is a serious issue that could have been avoided with proper workmanship. I am writing you this email to let you know of the serious safety incident in which I could have died. The hotel had my info (phone / email) and promised to contact me while I was at the resort. Even now back home a few days later I have not heard from anyone which is extremely upsetting because it seems like customers / safety is not a priority at Iberostar. Needless to say I left your resort sore, disappointed and feeling like since you already had my money you didn't care whether I was okay or not and hoped that this issue would just go away. I hope that you can restore my faith in the Iberostar chain. I feel the least that you could do would be to offer us an apology and refund our vacation ($3,700 USD) that was ruined by this event and the actions, or should I say inactions, of your staff. As I fully believe in giving Iberostar the opportunity to respond, I am not one to post bad comments on Trip Advisor (not the Canadian thing to do) or any of the travel web sites. If I was Iberostar I wouldn't want a customer telling millions a story like this on widely viewed website. I like Iberostar and know that you will do the right thing to make sure we are happy. We are a young couple and certainly plan to return to some of your other resorts in the future. Hopefully this incident was a one off.
