"My family, friends and I enjoyed a fabulous vacation at Iberostar Rose Hall Suites from December 28 to January 2. It was our sixth stay at an Iberostar and our first in Jamaica. Iberostar is our favorite all-inclusive and the only one that my family and I trust for a consistently great experience. Our experience at Rose Hall Suites my have been our best. We were warmly greeted upon arrival and I was immediately wished a happy birthday by the front desk. I had requested rooms on a high floor in a quiet location and my request was accommodated. The facilities are simply beautiful and impeccably clean, as we have come to expect from Iberostar. I was welcomed in my room with fruit, a bottle of rum, and tee shirts as loyal guests, and on my birthday, the staff surprised me with a birthday cake in my room. A very nice touch. The highlight of our stay was the New Years Eve Gala dinner and beach party. There were 2013 ice sculptures, hors d'ouevres, and champagne along the way to the gala dinner. The resort outdid itself with an amazing spread and the service and ambiance were perfect. After dinner, there was an outstanding reggae band performing on a stage set up on the beach with two full service bars and stations with rum punch and champagne. Everyone was given hats, masks, noise makers and streamers, and Crazy Kenny energetically led the countdown to 2013. At midnight, there were fireworks on the beach and the party continued to the wee hours. It was surreal ringing in the new year on a beach in Jamaica in such a fun way. We will never forget this wonderful vacation and will be back again for 2014!"

"Stayed at Iberostar Rose Hall Suites November 2012 Excellent hotel, amazing food, excellent staff friendly, outgoing always ensuring your vacation is spent to the fullest experience. Only suggestion that would be made is maybe starting the beach activities earlier in the day as supposed to three o'clock. This was my favorite vacation that was spent in a group of 13 people and every single person enjoyed this beautiful clean resort. "

"Our 5 day family vacation at the Iberistar Rose Hall Suites in Jamaica was fantastic. Our stay was not long enough, we will go back. The suites and bathrooms were large with plenty of room, we had a king. We enjoyed the mini frig and it was nice having spring/purified water supplied in each suite, I loved that idea. Housekeeping was excellent, both AM and PM housekeepers made sure we had everything we needed, rooms were cleaned and service was prompt. I have seafood, nut and strawberry allergies, by contacting the resort prior to arrival was an excellent idea. The director made sure that all restaurants and chefs were informed of my food allergies and it made my visit relaxing. All chefs and servers were very accommodating, took me around the buffets and pointed out the dishes I could eat and could not eat. The chefs preparing my meal at sit down dinners prepared my dishes separately from other orders and checked on me while I was eating. I was very impressed with this type of service. The servers were also wonderful. We enjoyed the activities that were available, and certainly added to our wonderful vacation. Unfortunately, we ran out of time and we were not able to fit all activities in but we made our days full of fun and sun. The servers at the pool and beach were also wonderful, very accommodating, warm and friendly, always with a smile and enjoyed friendly conversations. My only concern is we ran out of time to review the pictures from the digipix photographers booth, and I'm still waiting to hear back from the resort, hoping I can review them on their website. If they do not have a website, a website should be created so the visitors could purchase them when they get back to their home town and order on line. This is a wonderful resort I can't imagine anyone having negative reviews. The all inclusive was well worth the price, plenty of food and beverage. The food was outstanding. "

"We had a wonderful time at the Iberostar Rose Hall Suites. The room was very spacious and very clean. The service throughout the hotel was friendly and exceptional. I managed to get lost in the hallways a couple of times and both times someone led me in the right direction all the way to my destination. The food was very good at both buffet restaurants, most especially the breakfast which included a very wide variety of choices. We also had dinner at the Japanese a la carte restaurant at the Beaches location and it was very tasty; the chef and servers accommodated my shellfish allergy very well. Thank you Iberostar, we hope to go back again for a longer stay sometime."

"This was our first time to Montego Bay & Iberostar Rose Hall Suites. This was certainly a first-class hotel. The staff was so congenial and eager to please. Our whole experience overall was just phenomenal! We definitely would go back there in a heartbeat!"
