Our guests reviewsIBEROSTAR Rose Hall Beach
"This hotel was extremely great. All of the staff really made sure that my group and I had a great time. They were extremely friendly and very helpful. Everything that we needed was right at our finger tips. When I go back to Jamaica I will definitely stay at Iberostar beach location hands down. "Rating: 10,0

Great Location. Relaxing and Fun.
"We had a great time at the Iberostar Beaches Resort. My wife and I, along with our 2 1/2 year old, stayed there for a destination wedding. The rooms were accommodating and our only complaint was that the first night the AC was not functioning as expected. At the end of July in the Caribbean, you can imagine the heat and humidity. But by morning, we had blankets on and never experienced another problem the entire trip. Though the resort was completely full, it never felt as such. There was plenty of room in the buffet area at all hours and it was never a problem finding many beach chairs together under the shade of the trees. We could easily go down to the ocean w/ a group of 20 people and all find our own relaxing chairs together at any point during the day. The pool area was slightly cramped if you'd be looking for that many chairs together but most people were down by the ocean. We ate at all of the finer restaurants on site. The sushi/Japanese dining was our favorite. Excellent food and very friendly cooks at the Hibachi grill. The Steak House and Cajun restaurants left a little to be desired. The food wasn't bad but we actually found ourselves preferring the buffet to these locations. The daily buffet was great. Every meal had a wonderful variety of food. As simple as it was, our favorite ended up being the brick oven pizzas. The staff were nice and social (but not overbearing). Once you stopped to talk w/ one of the Star Friends, they never forgot who you were. They were fun and very hard working. It felt like we would see the same staff morning in and night out. And the shows they helped put on at night were way above our expectations. Make sure you make it to the nightly scheduled events. The ceremony they put on for the wedding on site was very well thought out. My sister-in-law decided to have the ceremony and reception on the terrace between the two Beaches buildings. This was perfect. They were able to have a nicely decorated ceremony, take pictures down by the beach, dinner at the steakhouse, and finish with a private reception on the terrace with a bar and dj setup only for us. We never left the site but we heard that the golf courses were quite nice and there was a little shopping near by. If my wife and I were to go back to Jamiaca for a 3rd time, this would be the first location we'd look to for a place to stay. So relaxing and fun! I can't say enough"Rating: 9,0
"This trip was a gift from myself to my niece for us to enjoy our first vacation out of the country together and i was very happy with our stay at rose hall beach. The people were always so kind and helpful and very upbeat. Our room was beach front view and it was very clean and the view was to die for(top floor was the best). This resort had air conditioning (visited the grand and suites stores and were thankful we chose rose hall beach as grand and suites had no air and smelt awful) and really took care of rest of hotel...so clean. The hotel had many free and charge activities to do on the resort grounds, and a great tour staff that was very helpful. The only thing i wish they had more/better choices was the food. I would definitely return again! Thanks to all the great people for making our trip a great stay. "Rating: 10,0
