IBEROSTAR Rose Hall Beach

It was an OK resort; the buffet food needs improvement; staff was very nice, though.

"The resort was just OK. I've been to better all inclusives. While the bathroom was nice, they didn't have robes for guests. The lunch and dinner buffets were lacking any really good food but I did enjoy the breakfast buffet selections. We were lucky enough to get 2 sit down dinner reservations so I didn't mind eating the buffet for 1 dinner. Pool and beach service was great. Staff was friendly, for the most part. The door greeter for breakfast was so pleasant. I don't recall her name but the one morning (I believe it was Sunday 10/23) she wasn't there, the greeter was very unpleasant. It was nice to see the regular greeter back the following day. The beach activities and the disco were great. Just wished the music was a little quieter on the beach. The Saturday lunch on the beach was great. Very good food, well set up, and a great change from the buffet."

rejuvenating

"I loved my stay, everything was great. I have two suggestions. I wished there were shrimp, crab legs, or lobster on buffet. two, maybe free shuttle to less expensive stores in town"

For me and for all my family, it was the great vacation that we dreamed about it.

"I spend the last week at Iberostar Beach in Jamaica with all my family (8 adults and 2 babies) and we all enjoyed that. The service, the food, the beach, the people working there, all were great. The only comment is about the entertainment, the shows were not like I was used to see in others resorts. But I also understand that it was not the peak season. Breathless I can't wait to return.

"The employees made our stay a specail one. You have a great staff and they know how to make gues feel special. I do not have one complaint except the air in my room could have been cooler; otherwise, the facility, amenities that came with my package was great. The sit down dinner at Cajun and Japanese restaurant was awesome. I traveled with 20 other ladies and everyone was so happy with my selection and bragged about the great time we had in Jamaica. We plan on returning someday."
