    No room service and not even possible to obtain a sandwich in the afternoon.

    "Very poor Half an hour wait at reception.I requested a room not on the ground floor and not on the(very noisy) road side.completely ignored over an hour to find a suitable room. Food poor, service poor as closing for winter. 4€ charge per day for the room safe is an insult! Poor Three star not four star."

Our guests’ comments are very important to us as only through their objective observations and remarks we are able to measure our performance and improve certain aspects of service if necessary. We sincerely regret reading your disappointment on your check in experience and on the room we accommodated you in and would like to take the opportunity to point out that as reported on the booking confirmation, the check in starts at 14.00 and although we always do our utmost to ensure that guests with early flights are able to check into their room at their arrival, during high occupancy, this may be impossible as our housekeeping staff needs to undertake a thorough cleaning of the room before assigning it to new guests; moreover, a request is never a confirmation from our side, and here again, even though we strive to satisfy all prior to arrival requests from our guests, we would like to explain that we allocate our rooms in accordance with the room type selected at the time of booking and a request for a higher category, which most of the time depends on the location of the room within our hotels, is subject to an extra charge, all prices and descriptions are available on our website; for a future occasion we encourage you to visit our webpage or to contact our call center from where we can offer you a personalized booking guidance and give you all the relevant information for you to choose the accommodation type that best meets your holiday needs and wishes. Moreover, we lament hearing that we were not able to meet your culinary and service expectations; at IBEROSTAR we lay high value on our staff being guest oriented and welcoming at all times and strive to make meals one of the highlights of our guests’ overall holiday experience among us, this is why our Executive Chefs prepare freshly for every service a wide variety of both local and international delicacies to meet al diet requirements and please all palates, we regret we were not able to conquer yours.     Good but not perfect

    "We liked: nice premises; nice pool; sufficient sunbeds (although close to each other); not many "towel reservation" going on; food is fine. We disliked: the noisy restaurant; not very child-friendly (e.g. very loud outside friday-evening party which lasted until after 23:00... very funny when your ride to airport is leaving next morning at 4am and you want to catch some sleep with young children)."

    Excellent.

    "English speaking staff would be appreciated as well as renewal of your carpets in rooms and corridors. Variation of food is lacking a bit in the pool restaurant. Otherwise everything was up to expectation. Thank you."

    I will not be back in a hurry.

    "Facilities generally were good and what I expect as an Iberostar customer. My stay was completely spoiled by your abysmal internet connection. Eating was at best a "feeding" experience NOT an enjoyable "food" experience. "
