enjoyable

"whilest the hotel rooms where a great size i felt there could have been more the hotel could offer for example poolside service daily. I also felt that the fruit served in the buffet daily could have been colder and similiarly with the hot food it could have been much warmer.in the room i was surprised that there was no wash cloth provided and that also the fact that there was catering facilities in the room but not untensils to be able to use these facilities.Overall we did enjoy our stay we just felt for the rating a bit more could have been provided"

"This is very unpleasent moment when it was rejected to the family to check in for the long waited vacations. Explanations was that agent did mistake by confirming us that 12 years child could stay in the hotel for adults. Next day another Iberostar hotel was proposed for staying and accomodation was good. Nevertheless during some period for the family members and friends of us Iberostar name will be associated with the untrust."
