"An excellent hotel with first class service all round fantastic food and very clean only problem was that there appeared to be no bins in the pool area. The room was fantastic with amazing views and can't wait to return ,, Only dissapointment was on checkout early morning where the guy on reception just took our payment and never made any conversation or enquired about our stay ."

MY INITIAL EMAIL BEFORE ARRIVAL WAS TOTALLY IGNORED AND WE MET OTHER GUESTS WHO WERE IGNORED ALSO THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED WITH ANY HOTEL CHAIN BEFORE

"GENERALLY GOOD BUT I FEEL CERTAIN ELEMENTS NEED IMPROVING,ROOM VERY ODD DESIGN AND BATH IN MIDDLE OF ROOM NOT GOOD! COOKER IN CUPBOARD ? NO HAND BASIN OR BIN IN TOILET SO HAVE TO COME OUT IN FULL VIEW OF OTHER GUESTS TO WASH HANDS AND DISPOSE OF FEMALE PRODUCTS.NOT 1 DRAW IN THE WHOLE ROOM SO UNDERWEAR HAD TO BE PILED UP AND WARDROBE FAR TOO HIGH.PRESTIGE WITHOUT ANY TEA MAKING FACILTIES WHEN ASKED YOU CHARGED 7 EURO PER DAY!!! ROOM SERVICE IS ONLY 6 . THE SAFE CHARGES ARE RIDICULOUS I DID QUESTION THIS 17EURO PER WEEK 34 2WEEKS BUT WE ONLY STAYED 10DAYS AND STILL HAD TO PAY FOR 2 WEEKS NO ARGUEING,ALSO MRS HAMMONDS FREE WFI ENDED THE DAY BEFORE WE LEFT. THE MAIN ANNOYING THING WAS THE SUNBEDS IN PRESTIGE,YOU CANNOT OVER SELL A PRODUCT AND THEN NOT HAVE ENOUGH BEDS YOU DID THIS KNOWINGLY AND THE BAD ATTITUDE OF STAFF REMOVING TOWELS AND PERSONEL PROPERTY CAUSED GREAT UPSET THEY DID THIS EVEN WHEN PEOPLE HAD GONE FOR A SWIM OR COFFEE I HAVE STAYED ALLOVER THE WORLD IN 4 AND 5 STAR HOTELS AND MANY CRUISE SHIPS AND REALLY YOU NEED TO ADDRESS THESE ISSUES.THE STAFF GENERALLY WERE SUPERB IN DINING ROOM AND BARS PRESTIGE STAFF RECEPTION COULD HAVE BEEN LESS CORPORATE , FOOD AND DRINK FINE I HOPE YOU DO TAKE NOTICE OF THIS AND MAYBE WE WILL STAY WITH IBEROSTAR AGAIN"

"My first time to Majorca, and what an excellent experience. All inclusive was first class, nice room, excellent bed and very friendly helpful staff. As an adult hotel it was great to have the peace and quiet of no kids! Also enjoyed the Spa. :)"

First time in Mallorca - great Hotel and the sunny weather made the holiday. Enjoyed the local boat trip on the Tropicana and the bus ride up the west side mountaineous coast line. Hope to return some day!

"Very impressed with the Hotel Jardin del Sol in Mallorca. Excellent south facing location in Santa Ponca. Lovely Pool and sunbathing areas overlooking the bay. Enjoyed swimming in the sea off the rocks directly out from the poolside area. Great choice of food from the buffet style restaurant-loved eating out on the balcony terrace. Polite Waiters were always on hand. Our standard suite hotel room with balcony was first class with air conditioning and large fan to keep cool on hot nights. Bathroom fitted with large luxury shower and Jaccuzi however suggest a screen curtain divider would provide users with more privacy. Disappointed that we could only view german programmes/stations on the TV,exception being one only english film station and one news station. Also missed tea/coffee making provision in the room (as normally provided in English Hotels) However our room was very comfortable and cleaned and tidied each day by cheerful spanish maids. Entertainment was provided every other evening in the pool side bar - a nice evening setting. Very satisfied with our stay."

"The hotel was excellent I would recommend it to others. The room was ideal - next time I would upgrade to a superior suite just for the sheer luxury! The food was great and the staff were very helpful, pleasant and pleased to assist. I think there needs to be additional staff on reception due to the number of people with queries and questions as well as those booking in. Overall a wonderful experience. "
