"we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, quiet as we expectedRoom was really good, staff very smiling and pleasantnegative point is the food, who could really be more tasty (you have different choice in the buffet but for example, i've never eat such a paella with so less taste...so pity when you're in Spain!)"

After bad first impression at reception, very pleasant

"Reception needs to be better/better trained. Our room did NOT have a balcony/seaview as in our reservation through Neckermann. Reception told us we had booked "a cheap room" & that was not included. Finally we were given promised room after much frustration. BAD first impression.Restaurant staff were generally very friendly and hard working.Food, room comfort, and posiiton were excellent."

Accomodation good - food and service in the restaurant and bar bad.

"The accomodation is ok and the cleaning team are ok for a 4.5 star hotel.The restaurant is not ok.There is no varation in the menu and the quality is not under the label for an 4.5 star hotel.Due to the offer of all-inn (we had half pension) the service in the restaurant and the bar is bad.We stayed in a room on the 3 floor.Each moring we wake up from the noice (6 AM) from the preparing of the breakfast in the 4 floor restaurant ."

nice location but nothing special ... sorry ...

"it's a nice, modern and clean hotel, in a very good location. though, I think it's expensive ... it wasn't so much food, the lounge bar was closed, the waiter at the bar couldn't do room service (I asked for a tea) because it was just one (!) and had to stay at the bar (!), the internet point (still very expensive) wasn't enough for everybody, given that it was just one personal computer available ... what else? ..."

An excellentl hotel with a great location with spectacular views of the Med.

"Myself & my husband have just come back from a stay at Jardin del Sol in Santa Ponsa Majorca we had a wonderful time. The hotel is in a perfect location and the views are just wonderful that's what makes this hotel 4* along with the hotel staff the could not do enough for you the are very polite and helpful. The only thing I would have to say about the hotel is that the pool snack bar menu is not very good and it's the same thing everyday, it's the first time I have ever stayed at a hotel that you did not go into the dining room for your lunch. I think this is something that could be improved on.In general I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing break."
