"FANTASTIC 5 NIGHT BREAK. BEST HOTEL WE HAVE EVER STAYED IN. ROOM VERY GOOD AND CLEANED TO A HIGH STANDARD EVERY DAY. STAFF ALL VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. HOTEL VERY CLEAN AND TIDY. FOOD FANTASTIC AND VERY GOOD SELECTION TO CHOOSE FROM. WILL CERTAINLY RETURN FOR ANOTHER VISIT TO THIS HOTEL AT A FUTURE DATE."Rating: 10,0
"This was our third visit to this hotel and was equally as good as the last twice. However there were a couple of reasons to disapoint us. The hotel food was no where near as good as last year and we dined out a couple of times even though we were half board, and also there did not seem to be enough beds around the pool even though the prestige section was opened and many people were in this section. "I have sent about the same message direct to the hotel e-mail as well, attn. to José Ortiz, director. We were here the 2nd time since Aug. 2011. Now we booked Prestige Junior Suite, arriving Sa 10 Aug on half board, for 11 days. We had to leave earlier (after 2 days/3 nights in stead of 10), because of an emergency in the family: dying father (in law) We have to say: Prestige was great. But whole ‘regular’ pool area was improved and a very, very good thing was seeing two (pool) guards! In 2011 there was no guarding at all. Now reservation by towels before 10h30 was not allowed and it seemed that this was monitored as far as we could notice. Around 10h30 there were no more sunbeds in the Prestige area, so we went downstairs to the ‘regular’ pool and those 2 days (Sun. even at 11h45) we found beds at very good locations! Still people had put towels on bed and did not even show up before 15h00… To future guests: it is really not necessary to do that! Even if nobody would do so: even more sunbeds at any time! Also the poolguard was helping guests with beds and ‘parasol’ Fantastic! On Monday we were first at the big pool and from ± 14h00 at the Prestige pool. But then we heard from Holland about my husbands father, so we had to arrange our departure for the next morning with a lot of help of Karlien (Prestige Club). We thank director/management for all small ‘pleasures’ in the room, like wine, Cava and snacks. Junior suite was like in 2011 but renovated, fresh painted, we think Buffet (breakfast and dinner) was good like before and we were glad to see Neide again. She and Fernando are (in our opinion) the most cheerful! We always sat on the terrace. We hope we can return soon."Rating: 10,0
Excellent but the entertainment needs to be reviewed.
"This is one of the nicest iberostar holidays we have had. The hotel was good quality and clean...with fantasic views of the sea. Lovely location, if you wanted a nice relaxing holiday stay in the hotel, if you wanted something a little lively a short walk and you can be in the middle of the bay with lots going on. Food was excellent, staff wonderful. Only down side was the poor entertainment..... It's really needs looking into. Looking forward to our next visit. "Rating: 10,0
