    Wonderful stay.

    "Very nice hotel which doesn't leave anything to be desired for. The rooms were spacious and clean, as was the rest of the hotel, including the pool. The food was good, the staff very friendly and helpful. "

    Good all round experience, but caters mostly to Germans in entertainment, food average.

    "Hotel was nice. Indoor pool was great, shame its only open til 6pm. Bedrooms were clean, beds a little hard. Signal on the Spanish TV came & went & there was only one English speaking news channel, which was a shame. The food was OK, starter choice was underwhelming & paella/fideua was lacking in meat/fish! Fresh juices would be good EVERY breakfast. Staff were great, animacion was only in german!"

    A good hotel for young parents and their children, but nog for older couples without children.

    "I regret that we didn't get - at the first day - the room we've reserved. We get an appartement, instead of a double room, like was agreed. After one night in the appartement we get finally the double room. The assistance of the employee of the reception was in this matter, friendly, cooperative and empathic. It was also a pitty that the hotel had many young children (and theit parrents) as guest. It was the cause of a lot of noise, that bottered us.We had expect a quiet holiday, but it wasn't. Nevertheless: our compliments for the work and (friendly) attempts of the animation team tot entertain the guests, and also the compliments for the very good food."

    So, in total a nine out of ten !

    "Generally speaking would we go for a certain 10. However: we had constant problems with WIFI and the TV (old model in our app 127 Royal Palma) did not work properly/badly. During our stay we already informed the staff about this but one couldn't solve the matters. Service of staff and others was perfect. The food excellent. Entertainment pleasant & professional.Extra compliments for household & cleaning. Another question: why does a guest have to pay for using the safe ? "
