Weddings and Conventions
The Iberostar Royal Cupido Hotel will help you organize a top-notch presentation, press conference, or business meeting at its exclusive Maritime Chill-Out lounge. This comfortable space can accommodate a maximum of 50 people and offers a spectacular terrace with the best Playa de Palma views. If you plan to hold a larger function, the hotel is at your service with meeting rooms at the Iberostar Royal Cristina, with space for up to 300 people. If your special event in Majorca will require even more space, please inquire about the Iberostar Royal Cupido Hotel's collaboration with the Palacio de Congresos, which can comfortably seat up to 1,200 people.
Rooms
- Alaró (A). With just under 3,000 sq. ft., the Alaró Room has capacity for up to 250 people.
- Binissalem (B). The Binissalem provides more than 900 sq. ft. and can accommodate up to 70 people.
- Costitx (C). With seating for 70, the Costitx also has over 900 sq. ft. of space.
- A+B+C. The combination of these three rooms creates over 4,800 sq. ft. of the best meeting space for up to 400 guests.

The Iberostar Royal Cupido Hotel provides a complete array of the latest technology and audiovisual equipment necessary to celebrate your event or facilitate your business function: flipcharts, projection screens, transparency projector, laser pointer, sound equipment, soundboard, wireless microphones, megaphones, loudspeakers, double folding table, video monitors, VCRs, camcorders, video screens, printers, spotlights, televisions, fax machines, laptop computers and optic projector.
Special Groups
The Iberostar Royal Cupido Hotel offers top special services to groups including: free welcome cocktail upon arrival to hotel, fruit basket and bottle of wine in trip organiser's guestroom, room key ready for you in an envelope upon arrival, separate group check-in, express in-room luggage service, late check-out upon request; WiFi connectivity in every room, and advance room and dining reservations. Also, for every 25 guests in a normal group rate, receive one guest free (sharing a double room; discount is half of a regular room rate). Charges incurred from the inspection visit will be discounted from the final invoice if the group stays for a maximum of three nights and with three persons.
