IBEROSTAR Playa de Muro

"It was a nice stay and we had a good time. But we lost a handwatch worth of 170 euro, it was stolen from the bedtable between 10:00 and 21:00 the 9th of June. I filled out a form at the reseption on our check-out day, when we had gone through the whole room and looked but found nothing. The hotels second manager followed us to guardia civil across the street, but they were not present. So she tells us to visit Guardia civil at the airport in Palma. We did visit them, but they were not able to help, and sent us away with nothing to show our insurance company. So there is still no solution to the problem. How will you solve this?Trond"

Great Location, Great Food, Great Hotel!!!

"We were perfectly happy with almost every aspect of the hotel. Food and drinks were great, good selection every day. Rooms were nice and tidy, cleaned every day. Facilities of the hotel - great spa/pool/gym area; outdoor area well maintained. Entertainment team - very cheerful and dedicated. Restaurant staff - very good, responeded very quickly to clients needs. Location - fantastic, beautiful beach and turquoise water. The only downside I thought (but not huge) was the reception staff - I personally found them very slow and uninformative, it was not a huge problem for us, nonetheless worth mentioning I think. Overall, we had a great holidays, Iberostar hotel are one of the best!"
