A fantastic holiday in 2 dreamhotels with a very hardworking, friendly staff, especially the entertainingsteam. They made our vacation what is is: a dream come true!
"We stayed in 2 Iberostarhotels in Mallorca. First 1 week in Pinos Park, Font de sa Cala. A nice very nice hotel with stunning vieuws, rocks, clifs, the sea all around: beautifull! They have this year a fantastic crew of animation: Sonia (fit and fun)is very good, friendly, Simone is a great comic animator who makes everybody smile, he's the motor of the team and almost irreplaceble. Other members of the team are Violetta, a great dancer, Allesandro. The eveningsshows are of a high standard and often quit funny. One week was to short in PINOS Park! Second hotel: Playa de Muro: Fantasticly placed right on the beach, nice rooms, stunning buffets, very friendly people all around. The animationteam was perfect: always smiling, very proffesional fit and funcoach Diana. Albert and Tony very entertaining sportsanimators. Jan for the maxiclub, Sarah who is a fantastic dancer in the eveningsshows with Samuel,... We only saw very friendly people and we were sad to go home again. We left a group of friends behind and we will be back next year."Rating: 10,0
Nice family hotel with high standard family rooms
"Our standard family room was newley refurbished with an excellent bathroom and enogh room for our baby. Unfortunately the pool was a bit cool. The meal was good. The view from the dining room perfect. We liked the animation. "Rating: 8,0
NON SIAMO TORNATI MOLTO CONTENTI
"Alla reception di iberostar cala barca maiorca, abbiamo avuto il piacere di incontrare una dipendente che al nostro arrivo ci ha dato una camera senza vista mare quando noi alla prenotazione l'avevamo richiesta pagando ovviamente il supplemento, dicendoci che avevamo sbagliato al momento della prenotazione indicando "side sea view" e che avremmo dovuto indicare solo "sea view". Non siamo inglesi di madrelingua ma non siamo neppure stupidi. Per fortuna il giorno seguente il signor Pep ci ha risolto questo problema dandoci una camera adeguata alle nostre esigenze. non e' assolutamente bello che un cliente si senta imbrogliato."Rating: 6,0
