Good for family holidays

"Personnel very friendly. Food was good. Rooms clean. Points for improvement: only one heated swiming pool and till 1.4 meters deep = not for children. Beach could be cleaned from algae and this will help overcome the size of the beach itself. Miniclub only for children starting from 4 y.o. and from looking at their activities I can say that improvements can be done. There is a Baby Club but the nany told me it is only for German and English speakers (this is weird cause I do not know any 1-1.5 year old baby who actually speaks!!!"

"we had a little problem with our room. It was a lot of ant in the room. in the bedroom, bathroom and in the living room. It was disgusting.The food was fine but we excepted to get more quality food.except this problem, everything was absolutely perfect."

We spent a great vacation with the family, full of entertainment for children and adults.

"We spent a great vacation with two children. Food tasty. Service friendly, obliging and efficient. The rooms were cleaned daily and were always clean. Extensive and well maintained resort: several restaurants, swimming pools. Offer to spend free time was very good. From tennis to ping pong, soccer, water fitness, volleyball, archery, shooting, cycling, etc.Cons: location - excursions outside the hotel, rather just a bus or rented car.Unfortunately, but in high season (July) you need to book early deckchairs, sun beds for the night closes the service with a padlock and opened only at 10.00, does not allow it to start a nice day. For unknown reasons, not cleaning the charming beach (rotting algae). The beach has no sunbeds. There can not buy cigarettes (closest in Porto Petro, a 15 minute walk without children)In general, except for small cons boldly recommend for a family vacation!"

lekker eten, proper kamer maar te veel kleine fouten. Ons zie je daar niet meer terug.

"Eten was lekker, kamers waren proper al was het niet mogelijk om op het terras met 4 personen buiten te zitten. Ook de badkamer was klein voor 4 personen. Eigenlijk zou je toch 2 wastafels moeten hebben. Nu het resort was proper , het personeel vriendelijk zowel de personen die aan de receptie zitten als de poetsvrouwen. Chapeau!! Maar er zijn veel te weinig stoelen voorzien aan het zwembad, het strand mag ook wel eens opgeruimd worden en 's avonds zijn er weeral veel te weinig stoelen, ja je kunt altijd op een betonnen trap gaan zitten maar dat zit niet comfortabel. Wij hadden de pech dat het enkele dagen bewolkt was en in Cala barca is er echt niets te doen voor volwassene als je niet naar de show kijkt, wel pech want iets anders kan je er niet doen. Jammer, dat zou toch moeten voorzien zijn in zo'n resort. Het ergste vond ik mijn doktersbezoek, een echte oplichter noem ik dat hij kan geen andere taal buiten het spaans, en voor een beetje zalf en een lakkertje heb ik EUR 90 moeten betalen ( een kwallenbeet, volgens dat ik verstaan heb). Ze zeggen dan verzekering, mij gaat het niet over die EUR 90 maar wel over het gevoel dat je veel geld uitgeeft om naar een deftig hotel te gaan en daar door de dokter in de zak gezet word. Dat noem ik nu echt profiteren van de toerist , een echte schande. Dat voorval heeft ons een hele andere kijk op het hotel gegeven en de vakantie stemming voor een stuk kapot gemaakt. Zo krijg je het gevoel dat ze van je profiteren en geen klein beetje."
