All very good except for the above.
"We both enjoyed our stay in your hotel but was very surprised that we had to hire a kettle and toaster. In my opinion these were the least of implements that should be included in a self-catering apartment, apartment from a mircowave, iron and ironing board etc.Since coming home I have asked a number of people about the above and all feel the same as I do."

"We stopped at the ciudad blanca in alcudia, The hotel was fantastic in every way, the food and service and all the staff were excellent. The pool is brilliant for kids or their is another pool for adults that is also great.The location is ideal and overall we had a fantastic holiday. Highly recommended"
