"The hotelroom was really nice, clean and spacey. We appreciate a lot that there was two big bottles of cold water in the refridgerator!!! Very nice from gesture from the hotel that we didn't have to go shop for water first thing we arrived. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. I would like some more change in the choices, when everything is on offer every day, it gets a bit boring quickly. Some small changes would make a difference. But in overall, food was excellent.Outside corridor in Canopus was dark, you had to wander in the dark trying to find light switches in the evenings. I think we pushed doorbells also, luckily it was quiet at the beginning of our holiday. That was a bit risky for the hotel to keep corridors dark, especially with the tricky stairs. Very nice hotel in good location. Definately very positive experience."

Too much noice!

"Too much noice from the traffic, horses, renovater, from the gardning/cutting gras early in the morgning etc.Bad madrass, terribleCleaning ok, no cleaning for 2 days! Smelly room, spes. the bathroom (curtin)Kitchen: only 1 LARGE pan and a fryingpan - is not good enough. 4 large plate, 4 cups - miss some platesBreakfast realy good!!The cleaning lady - very frendly and nice inspite of 2 days without cleaning"

"We enjoyed our stay in your hotel,but the room was not very plesant, when the curtain was opened all you saw a wall,and that was not very welcoming at all.The food was delicious and such a great choice, that could not be faulted. We are hoping to go to Iberostar in Lanzarote for christmas. This will be our third visit to Iberostar."

It was very nice and "sunshine" time for me and the family.

"Location is perfect,particulary for family with a little boy(like me).Also food was very good and very large choice of meals.The staff was good,particulary ladies which are cleaning rooms.Rooms are good but bath-room is old fashion and has dirty("mushroom")fuques.The internet connection is terrible.I have paid about 20 Eur during the week,but I was waiting for connection for 2-3 minutes many times.Other people had the problem like me."
