"What would make this even better is free wifi that worked. A pick pocketer tried to get my wallet outside the hotel. Not good for the hotel."

"Heel leuke vakantie gehad ! Hotelpersoneel supervriendelijk en behulpzaam en speciale pluim voor het animatieteam. Zij zijn constant met de hotelgasten bezig, zowel groot als klein. Kamers en alle vertrekken heel proper. Meubilair en algemene uitrusting hotel : oppassen dat meubilair en inrichting kamers niet als 'verouderd' bestempeld wordt ! (zie foto's in de reisbrochures !)"

"This was our best family holiday and we have already booked for next year. The food was exceptional,the staff excellent and the facilities perfect. Every detail was looked after. l think there was an army of cleaning staff,the place was spotless. Our room was fine(1106) Alcudia Park. Quiet above the dining area. Fantastic place and the Mahou was perfect."
