Albufera Playa 2010 excellent, 2011 good enough.

"Albufera Playa Mallorca - a year ago it was excellent (food - seafood, fish; animations) but in this year we were disapointed: much worse food (poor choice of fish and seafood) and very low quality of artistic animations (for example ABBA was disaster).Service and restaurant staff was very good and polite, cleaning of the room was very good. Area in and around hotel is excellent. Accomodation was not nice surprice - they offer us room with parking-view instead of seaview room, which was payed. At all it was impossible to change it. Bad experience"

"The hotel is impressing, the room was clean and very nice, the service also was very helpful but the mess we've seen every single day in the dining room was horrible. I know it's a big hotel with many guest but it's not my problem especially if the hotel has almost 5 stars!!! I was asked TWICE if I want wine during my two weeks stay, always some waiter or waitress was breaking dishes, I had to search for a table like in high school dining! But the food was very good. The animations and show in the evening were great also. But the service during the show was maybe not as bad as this during the dinner but could be better."

An excellent week on a nice hotel

"a nice,clean hotel ,good service. the madras in the bed was a bit hard.we had a feeling of beeing safe on the hotel.The food tasted good."
