    "Excellent, staff you should be proud of. Food was good a variety for all. Room comfortable , clean perhaps tissues and tea making facilities, of course not necessary., but nice..I would certainly go back again."

    very mixed feelings about this hotel

    "Hello, after our return home i put this review off your hotel on tripadvisor, i send it also directly to you, so maybe you can use it to improve some things, i will also send this to your head office.: We are 2 couples traveling together, been all over the world so we feel we have some travel experience. We have very mixed feelings about this holiday. First the positives: - very well maintained beautiful, clean hotel building, gardens and swimming pool. - 95% off staff very nice, working hard and trying their best. - we had a fantastic room overlooking the pools and sea. - animation team is very good. the negatives: - one female member off the reception was extremely rude: when we arrived and got our room keys we asked why we did not have rooms close together ( we got 1 room on the first floor, and one the 4th) evendo the rooms beside our room was always vacant, she told me they did not get your request evendo i got it on mail, this was her standard answer to everydody arriving and asking for their requests. within 2 minutes off our arrival she told me, you got a nice room and if you don't like it you can sleep on the street, i never ever encountered such a bad welcome. We are friendly people who know a smile always goes a far way, but not here. We asked for late check out via mail, but where told to come 24 hours in advance wich we did, we agreed on a price with a (nice) male receptionist, to find ourselves locked out off our room at midday the next day. I went to reception and the same female clerk very rudely told me you have no late check out, i said: we do, than she told me: you pay now, i said: no, we have the caution standing out for our towels, than she very unwilling put something in the computer and it was fixed. The reception is the first thing you meet at a hotel and this behavour gives such a bad impression, what the rest off the staff do not deserve, so please managment get your act together on this part. -drinks included in all inclusive: all the coctails came out off a machine and were very very poor, with only a tiny amount off alcohol, a lot off drinks was not included which is very strange for a 5 star hotel. -the big downfall for us was the food: we stayed 12 days, nearly every day we got ofall, liver, kidneys and so on, it was even mixed in the stews so for us made them inedible. The rest off the food was extremely bland, even the pasta which was made to order. A lot off food leftovers came back in another form the next mael and the next. Meat was of inferior quality, a lot off sausage, hamburger etc. not what you expect in a 5 star. Some off the fish dishes where severely undercooked. -all 4 off us and everybody we talked to, got sick, i understand a difference in food may cause this, but last year we were in a 5 star in Mexico where we even ate raw meat and fish, we never got sick, even in Thailand we never got sick so we guess hygiene has someting to do with this: my husband witnessed a male member of staff use the toilet and not wash his hands, so again management please do something about it... - We felt the hotel cut every possible corner, for example we got a tiny piece off soap for the two off us for 10 days, than i had to chase a cleaning lady to ask for a new one, really in a 5 star hotel? Shampoo etc. we got a few off which some had been used by other clients and where only half bottles. We even ran out off toilet paper a few times, this is total unacceptable. - Mahdia is not touristic at all, but people are friendly and you see a bit off real live in Tunesia. All in all we enjoyed our stay, but some very important things as food / drinks made us decide this is not the right place for us evendo the hotel has so much going for itself, their money cutting ideology and bad reception spoiled it for us.     "Excellent holiday experience and will definately recommend to all friends. The hotel complex was beautifully clean and well maintained. The food was delicious. Our party was a family of 8 with an age range of 5 years to 48 years and we all equally enjoyed everything about it. All the hotel staff were fabulous friendly welcoming and tentative. "

    "Hotel very nice. Cleanliness bit of a let down for a 5* hotel. Big let down was the early morning departure buffet - basically just cereal with coffee and leftover from the evening before.Ok did not expect a lot at 4.30am but did expect at least use of a toaster and fresh coffee. Staff very friendly and helpful. "

    wat er wel eventueel wel verbeterd kan worden is de openbare toiletten in Uw hotel en dan m.n. de lucht. Wij zouden willen adviseren om hiervoor het product Lysol te gebruiken,0mdat het aangenaam is voor de neus. verder een aanmerking strandwacht endan n

    "Allereerst hebben wij het uitsteken naar ons zin gehad in Uw hotel. Alles was picobello voor elkaar, mooie slaapkamer met alles erop en aan. Ook beneden in de eetzaal en de bar bij de lounch en het zwembad, niets dan lof. Verder is het personeel, m.n. in de bediening, correct. Goed gekleed en zeer veel mensenkennis, wat naar voren komt als je iets wilt bestellen. Ze waren meestal al wel op de hoogte wat we wilden drinen. Petje af. Receptie correct en vriendelijk."
