High standards and good value

"Very nice reception staff, restaurant staff and cleaning staff. The Spa staff were not as helpful as the main hotel staff, but they were not bad."

Wij hadden een aangename vakantie.

"Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst, de receptie vervult haar taken zeer goed.De kamers zijn zeer degelijk, en worden zeer gioed onderhouden.Enkel de ligging van de kamers op de derde verdieping is een blunder, zij liggen onder het straatniveau met vanop het balkon het uitzicht op een blinde muur.De keuken met zelfbediening is internatonaal gericht, ruime keuze en goede bereiding, het personeel van het restaurant is zeer vriendelijk en gedienstig.De temperatuur van het zwembadwater is te laag, er is ook geen binnenzwembad.De tevreden van het hotel en zijn ligging."

We had a good stay, but beds must be improve before we recommend the hotel.

"Stayed at the Iberostar Papagaya.Price was OK. Food was good. Pool area was OK. Appartment was OK. Good location.Beds were far from 4 stars and we had problems sleeping. Very poor internet connection. Problems finding available sunbeds by the pool because people were allowed to occupy beds with their towels. Most of the time 50 of the sunbeds were occupied without being used. The use of the SAFE should not be charged extra and many unncessesary deposits to be paid (remote control, SAFE, towels). Understaffed at the reception (many times had to wait more than 10 minutes to ask simple questions). Reception area could be renewed - does not give a very good impression when arriving."

Excellent value in a well run friendly hotel.

"Really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and the food good. Most of all, the staff were allí friendly and helpful, excellent."
