Wasn't perfect at all ! As described above.

"The Animation team was exellent ! The food was good to very good. But we didn't get the correct room ! At the swimming pool there were not enough parasols. And although it was indicated on the form when we arrived there were a lot of reservation of beds on the swimming pool. The hotel didn't do enough to avoid this. We never could have breakfast with our family together because of this !"

"IN GENERAL MY STAY WAS O.K., THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAVE IS THAT AS A SINGLE PERSON I HAVE TO PAY 15O- 200 SUPPLEMENT FOR A STAY IN A DOUBLE ROOM FOR SINGLE USE, THIS IS VERY EXPENSIVE IF YOU KNOW THAT THE HOTEL IS NOT FULLY OCCUPIED AND THE STAY WAS OUTSIDE OF THE SEASON. I CAN ALSO NOT UNDERSTAND THAT IF YOU TAKE HALF BOARD YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THE DRINKS. IF I SEE THAT PEOPLE TAKING ALL IN ARE TAKING 4-5 DRINKS WITH A MEAL, THEN I THINK I AM PAYING FOR THESE DRINKS ALSO. I BELIEVE THAT THE IBEROSTAR HOTELS ARE NOT VERY SINGLE-MINDED, REGARDS"
