Lovely room with a view, pleasant helpful and polite staff. Excellent food and choice.
"Iberostar Paypago. Lanzarote.-Excellent high quality hotel. Close to wonderful sandy beaches.(10-15 min walk in walking shoes) well worth the walk. Lovely walking promenade into playa blanca (30 mins). If you dont enjoy a little relaxing gentle walking, then dont stay here, otherwise hire a car. We loved the peaceful relaxing strolls to th eharbour and the beach. We will be back."

"negative point. went to reception to say that my wife had problems with the bed, was far to hard. They would do something about it. Didn't see anything happen , no follow-up at all !looked for sollution ourselves. paying almost 2800 euro for 11 days, expect a litlle more service. Rest was okay !"

"Food ad resturant was abundant but very average: i was expecting more form spanish cooking, especially fresh fish and main roast meat. beverage very good. In this time of the year swimming pool should be heated. Hotel generally have a wonderfull position and rooms are very good: TV should garantee at least one channel for main country (italian one was not functioning)"
