Although the Dining Room is quite large, we felt that the tables were a little too close together.
"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Iberostar Papagayo in Playa Blanca, Lanzerote. The room was very comfortable and clean and we found all the staff to be extremely helpful and friendly. The food offered was very good with plenty of variety and choice. We would recommend this hotel, and we look forward to visiting again next year."Rating: 9,0
Very good hotel
"Some of the rooms are looking a little bit tired and could do with a little bit of attention but that was the only downside of our stay. The staff were excellent they could not do enough for you. I had to go twice during our stay to the reception to ask for two small jobs doing on one occasion they beat me back to the room. The food in the restaurant was very good with plenty of choice. The entertainment was average with a couple of very good shows during our stay. This was our second stay at this hotel and we were treated to a bottle of wine as a thank you, it was also my birthday whilst there and again treated to a drink by the management which is a nice gesture. Would we go to this hotel again. Yes is the answer. Its in a lovely, quite area of Playa Blanca within easy walking of livelier areas. "Rating: 9,0

"Very good hotel well situated at the South of Lanzarotte, with great seaviews and views also on Fuerteventura (2 km) and "Papagayo Playa" (2 km on foot, 5 km by car). Major advantages : 3 beautiful swimmings pools (one heated) protected against the Wind, an efficient fridge in the room (free of charge), 30' free wifi in the main bar every day (and for every device), very comprehensive and varied breakfast and dinner buffet (the food is warm and really tasty), rooms are clean and personnel friendly. 2-3 weaknesses also : the heated pool is not heated enough --> better to swim in the sea, much warmer in Feb., the heating in rooms is switch off and the beverage in the restaurant are really expensive (e.g. 2.25€ for a little bottle of water)--> some space left to evolve to perfection."Rating: 8,0
Will go back to this Hotel next time we holiday to Lanzarote.
"Every thing we have come to expect from a 4* Iberostar Hotel. Except no mini fridge on AI unless you pay. No free WiFi. Staff very helpfull and friendly. Rooms clean and roomy. Good selection of food breakfast,lunch and dinner. Will go back."Rating: 10,0
"After a previous visit to this hotel we decided to book a sea view room. The room we were allocated was on the 2nd floor which is at ground level(we sent an email several weeks before arrival requesting we were not allocated a room on this level) It was not possible to see the sea unless standing and there were no chairs but 2 sunbeds. We went straight back to reception and asked if there was a sea view room available on a higher floor. The young lady on reception was most obliging and gave us a room on the 3rd floor which was perfect and had a brilliant sea view towards Papagayo. This was exactly the reason we booked this hotel :0) The food was good and there was always plenty of variety and all the restaurant staff were very efficient. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was very good. Courtesy rooms area available for those on late flights. These are very good as they are like small swimmimg pool changing rooms with a separate shower and toilet room (2 in family courtesy rooms) and lockers where clothes toiletries etc. can be left until trquired. We thouroughly enjoyed our holiday and will be returning. Thank you Iberostar."Rating: 10,0
A very enjoyable two weeks and I will have no hesitation recommending you to friends.
"We were impressed with all, aspects of the hotel. We are retired and visit hotels several times each year and so feel well qualified to make comparisons. The abiding memory we have is that the hotel was very very clean indeed. The food was very good too. Just one minor complaint - the labeling of the food in the dining room was sometimes confusing and sometimes not actually provided. I think it needs help from an English speaking person. "Rating: 10,0
