Nice stay, just a pity of the chairs !
"The lobby en the poolarea need a make over. The chaires at the pool are not inviting to lie there.Very friendly people at the reception !If you arrive during the night, you can only drink water at your room and that water is not cool !!!"

"Very good hotel. One important note: only when I phoned to reconfirm our arrival I have been informed that for the room with sea view ,as requested in my reservation, I should have to pày an extra of 13 euro /day. Furthermore these kind of rooms being no more available the only chance was to pay an extra of 25 euro/day for a junior suite. My question is: why are not showed these extra while making the reservation(with Booking com in my case). Really it was very bad to learn them at the last minute or after your arrival to the hotel. it is a very bad way to start your vacation."

"Overall, a very good experience. The only flaw I had,was when we came in later.I found the sandwitches with fruit as alternative for the evening meal that we missed, not really a fair deal. No other compensation, ex. lunch on last day instead, was possible. Apart from that, I really enjoyed my stay."

"Nothing negative to say. I was very happy. The personnal was very friendly (reception, room cleaner, restaurant,...). I very much appreciated the excellent food and the variaty in the meals. It was really perfect for me and my 5 years old son.just the swimming pool was a little bit too cold, maybe because of the wheather conditions."

"Wij hebben een schitterende vakantie met prachtig weer achter de rug. De ligging van het hotel in de buurt van het mooie Playa Blanca is zeer goed. Het eten was afwisselend. De enige kritiek op het eten dat we hebben, is dat ze dringend iets moeten doen aan het fruitsap dat ze 's morgens serveren (niet lekker) en meer aandacht besteden aan de gaartijden van het vlees . Het feit dat er Nederlandstalige animatie is, vonden wij zeer goed. Onze kamer was ruim met een schitterend zeezicht."
