    Outstanding

    "Hotel excellent value for money. Some furnishings and decor a little tired but everything spotlessly clean and tidy. Food out of this world! Stunning is one good word to describe it. I have stayed in 4 star plus hotels many times and not had food of that quality and variation. Service exemplary from reception, to cleaning, to waiters and waitresses. Literally nothing was too much trouble for anyone. Christmas and New Year's Eve gala dinners outstanding and at no extra cost. Fireworks on New Year's Eve were some of the best I've seen. All in all a fantastic holiday thank you iberostar Lanzarote park playa Blanca "

    "Excellent in all ways much better than its 3 * rating the all inclusive deal is great food selection and quality could not be better - the hotel and it's grounds and room were very clean and well maintained all of the staff were friendly hard working and very friendly when asked - Highly recommended - great location"

    "Room 3226. For a 3* hotel the service, accommodation, food and entertainment was excellent. Considering the EU Financial situation, this hotel did it's best to provide a quality service and succeeded. My only downside was,same as last year, the introduction of 'All Inclusive' The quality of the guests has deteriorated over past years. This will however not hinder future visits. My wife had suffered a stroke in August and we were initially concerned that the given room was too far away from the lifts. However the distance did prove to be an advantage in that it assisted in considerable improvement in walking ability. Overall the holiday was relaxed and we are considering returning next March and December "

    Goed 3 sterren Hotel voor een betaalbare prijs

    "Goed Hotel, is wel aan een verbouwing (gedateerd) toe, maar de schoonheid(hygiëne) van de kamers, hotel is zeer goed te noemen. Voor de bedden is gekozen voor een hard matras, advies voor onze volgende keer om er dekens onder te leggen om het comfort te verbeteren. Eten, diversiteit aan gerechten, assortiment goed en gewoon lekker warm. Dranken perfect(je komt niets te kort) alleen sommige local drinks zijn qua smaak anders dan je gewend bent, oa baileys maar dat zal per persoon verschillen. Klant vriendelijk, in directe nabijheid van uitgaansleven aan boulevard gelegen. Gerard en zijn team hebben het goed op orde qua aansturing, maken van afspraken etc perfect een aanrader voor jong en oud. "

    "The hotel should be a four star just for the choice and quality of food available not only at main mealtimes but throughout the day. The hotel is very clean with excellent service by all the staff, in the bars, at reception and by the cleaning and maintenance staff. The animation team put on some pretty good shows that were suitable for all age groups. Plenty of activities during the day but quiet pools and seating areas if feeling lazy and relaxed. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds suited us as they are quite firm but you need to take a kettle if you like an early morning coffee/tea although they may be hired from reception. Also although soap/shower gel etc is provided in the bathroom there is no hair dryer. We think that this must be the only reason that this hotel has 3 stars in stead of the 4 it deserves. "

    A good stay, thank you.

    "We stopped at Lanzarote Park, Playa Blanca, Lanzarote for 3 nights. 9th Dec 2013. We enjoyed our stay and were in the annexe, which included a suite. The hotel looks like it could do with a freshen up however the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was good and very varied and it would seem that every taste could be met. In the restaurant we were well looked after in particular by Irena and Tamara. We did take a travel kettle with us and this is something I think you need to consider providing even if not the teas/coffee."

    We are always pleased to see that the staff at the hotel are mainly the same and make us feel most welcome.

    "This was our fourth consecutive stay at Lanszrote park and we enjoyed everything as usual. All the staff were professional and courteous in their respective duties. we are therefore looking forward to returning next year. "
