"Alles zeer goed. Ruime, propere kamer. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Uitgebreide en zeer lekkere buffetten. Zalige rust in en rondom het hotel, ondanks de 300 kamers. Tof die verrassingetjes aan het zwembad of bij het diner."

A hotel I would certainly recommend to friends !

"Third time in Iberostar Lanzarote Park in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote ! The service and kindness of all the staff makes you feel at home ! No negative points what so ever. Only one remark : although we booked a "family suite", the room we were given at our arrival was an ordinary "double room" ! Our reservation at the reception mentioned also a "family suite" ! As I made the remark, the clerk at the desk first tried to convince me it was the right kind of room. Having been in the hotel previously, I knew the difference between a room and a suite ! After a friendly discussion, we where finally allowed a very nice suite on the top floor."

"Vi fikk ikke den leiligheten vi hadde kjpt!Hadde store forventninger p bakgrunn av bilder/video p internett. Vi havnet p utsiden i en bakgrd. Ingen beklagelse eller kompensasjon. S dette var en stor skuffelse."
