    to ALL INCLUSIVE GUESTS we were informed at the dinner table on Thursday evening. There was no indication of this anywhere. We would also like to express our thanks to Gert on reception and Patrick the porter both fine ambasadors for the hotel

    "The Hotel and food were very very nice. Lovely location and grounds. But would sincerely request that when establishments give you a set of standards to adhere to that they make sure they apply to all. i.e. No shorts to be worn at dinner, ignored completely. Also the reserving towels on sunbeds again just completely ignored. The cold drinks machine we were informed at the table is only available t"

We lament reading that apparently you were not properly informed about your half board basis and drinks not being included at dinner, the soft drinks and lager/wine machines are reported to be included for All Inclusive guests only as from the information panels behind them; we deeply regret the misunderstanding. Moreover, we took good note of your comments related to the dress code for gentlemen and the no sunbeds’ reservation’s policy and apologize for failing to ensure the respect of these standards at all times; your comments have been shared with the management team for further revision.     Great hotel, a bit tired in places & ready for a refit but the staff go out of their way to make your stay very enjoyable.

    "Our stay at the Lanzarote Park did not start well, when we arrived at the hotel we were told there wasn't a room available & we had to go to the Papagayo for one night. We returned the next day & I must say that we were really impressed with the Lanzarote Park, the facilities & the food were first class & we will definitely return. The Papagayo's a 4*, the Lanzarote Park 3*, it should be reversed."

Please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconveniences caused by the full occupancy of our hotel on your arrival date; Overbooking is a highly exceptional situation for IBEROSTAR as whenever we reach the maximum occupation, we immediately inform all of the cooperating tour operators to carry out a sales stop. However, it can happen that some reservations are made simultaneously just prior our notification. In order to guarantee our clients the possibility to vacation with us, we do our utmost to plan and organize an alternative accommodation in a different IBEROSTAR hotel in the same area and with similar characteristics helping our guests the best we can in order to minimize the related disturbances.     "Fourth time for us here at this wonderful hotel. Everything runs like a well oiled machine ! The food is amazing, and so well presented. The hotel and rooms are kept immaculately clean. All the staff are competent and dedicated and they alwork so hard, and nothing is too much trouble, what an asset they all are. One complaint : new chairs required in the lounge /bar area, some are falling apart "

    Very good

    "Enjoyable stay as ever. I would like to make 2 points however. Parts of the hotel and rooms are in need of some decoration, showers need to be upgraded. Would also like to see another English speaking TV channel. Skynews is very good but people are on holiday and should have an alternative to news only. "

    We would not pay extra for a sea view as all rooms fave

    "Hotel was first class , can not fault the food plenty of choice, staff very friendly, only one fault we paid for a sea view and we were put into room 3115 which had a huge palm tree in front of us with no sea view we were changed to room 3116 which was only slightly better, but all in all we had a super holiday . We would definitely stay again but would not pay extra for a sea view."
