IBEROSTAR Mirabello Beach & Village

We have stayed at Iberostar hotels before and would use them again.

"A very well run hotel with staff who go that extra mile to help and make you feel welcome. We never encountered any problems because they seem to have thought of everything beforehand. The attentive staff knew we were celebrating and helped us to enjoy our special day by leaving chilled champagne in our room for our return. We were made to feel special and were greeted by everyone. The room was kept very clean and the cleaners were friendly and efficient. The food was excellent and the choice was very good with theme nights so we could taste different countries foods, again the catering staff were friendly and welcoming. The reason I haven't rated this hotel a 10 is because of the beds. We thought the beds were very hard and uncomfortable which caused a lot of restlessness."

"In general very good holiday experience. Some recommendations: - more explanation about facilities of the resort while checking in. - for an expensive 'resort' some more costs are ridiculous; p.e. wifi, use of games... "

"Excuse me for my bad English: I'm writing in Russian. Отель нам очень понравился. Отличное обслуживание в ресторане, в номере, и на reception. Питание в ресторане великолепное; после ваших тающих во рту десертов мы не можем дома выбрать пирожные. Очень хорощая кухня. Спасибо. В номере мы были редко, но его постоянно убирали. Особенно подкупила в Вашем отеле возможность замены ужина или обеда и переноса их на другой день,что у нас и было при отъезде на Санторини. Еще у вас очень хорошая анимация. Молодцы! Спасибо большое! Thank you very much for your service and hospitality!!! "

"There was a problem with the room and this has been solved immediately.During our stay the airco was out of working and 5 minutes after our call to the reception there was a technician to solve the problem.Very kindly staff in the restaurant and bars."
