Our guests reviewsIBEROSTAR Cozumel
I do not understand "Resume" in this context.
"This is our second visit, we also spent during March of 2013. What we like: - The grounds and landscaping are outstanding - We enjoy the integration of the wildlife into the enviroment; peahens, peacocks, iguana, ferrel cats and flamingos, all much appriciated - The fish under the pier, close and abundant - Our room was very nice, glad to have unit up stairs, air is dryer and the view was very nice, like living in a tree house. - Most of all, the people that work there are fantastic. They work very hard and always have a smile and kind word. They make all the difference in the world and I hope they are well treated and paid. They do earn it. Things that we did not like: - last year, the free internet did not work. This year, internet worked great, but cost an arm and a leg to use. It was very upsetting to learn of the high cost. Really, how can you include all of the food and drink a person wants, but not include a reasonable internet experiance in the price of the room? Purely a money grab, shame on you. - Food choices seemed to have contracted over the past year. The selection was still large enough to provide something that was appealing, but it was easy to see that it had slipped in quality somewhat over the past year. "Rating: 8,0
Pleasurable vacation get-away
"It may not be fair to compare your resort with Iberostar Punta Cana, but in doing so, your resort is dated. It is very clean, but the rooms need attention especially the bathroom area. I must say that the staff was extremely helpful and friendly at all times. I would rate them a 10. They work hard and very long hours every day and I never heard one complaint. Always very professional. The beach area was always busy with the events of the day and the beaches were kept clean daily. The bars (depending on which one we went to)seemed to vary depending on who the bartender was and how strong (or weak)the drink was. The animals were always a pleasure to watch. The restaurants were just ok. The pool restaurant that served the beef meals was pretty good. The Rock Cafe was fair at best. Wait time to be seated was over 5 minutes and then another long wait time before someone came to the table to wait on us. Then another hour before our meal was served. The servier did come over and apologize once to say our meal would be out shortly. Then it was another at least 10 minutes before it arrived. It was a salmon meal and a tuna fish sandwich. The excursion staff was also very informative, helpful and pleasant. Thank you for a nice stay."Rating: 7,0
I'm not sure what to put here other than we had a great time. Week of 3/15 to 3/22/2014.
"Robert and I had a wonderful time during our stay. The staff was extremely friendly and accomodating. Our room was really nice. The restaurants were all delicious and the food presentation was impressive (nice job, Victor)! A few folks helped to make our stay wonderful: Elena (housekeeping), William and Clayton(??)(buffet), Francisco (pool bar), and of course, the entertainers (Maurico, Erika, Brenda, Elizabeth, and the rest of the troupe!). of course, we can't forget our Apple Vacations guy: Salvador! Thank you all for helping us have a fantastic vacation!! We hope to be able to go back sometime!"Rating: 9,0
"C'est un hôtel vraiment génial, le personnel plus qu'extra. Les jeunes qui y travaillent sont comme des amis(es). La femme de chambre faisait des animaux avec les serviettes trop cute pour les défaire. Les buffets trop appétissant pour arrêter d'y retourner. Seule point négatif, la plage. Pour se rendre à l'eau c'est trop périlleux car beaucoup de roche. La plongée avec tuba est génial. Un peu cher mais ça valait la plongée. J'y retournerais sans aucune hésitation. "Rating: 10,0
