    The service, housekeeping and food was very good.

    "My stay with you was very pleasant, although, there was a mix up in a gift delivered to my sons (Gregg Wyatt )room instead of mine, and since there was no card to say who it was from we thought it was from the hotel. A little confusion. "

    "The Iberostar Resort overall was very good. The housekeeper, Rita, was wonderful. The desk staff, wait staff, and bartenders were all wonderful. The Dressler's Dive Staff was great. My 2 kids had so much fun diving. I wish I could rate the Resort higher, but the food so bad. The food is very bland and has no flavor. The only acceptable restaurant is the Steakhouse. The Mexican Restaurant was very disappointing. Ditto for the Rock Cafe. We also stayed at the Resort last year and were not happy with the food. If anything, the food has gotten worse. The buffets all taste the same. We ate at Alberto's on Wednesday and Thursday night. It is very disappointing to stay at an all-inclusive resort and leave to go to another restaurant in order to get a good meal. On a positive note, the New Year's Eve meal was quite good. It would have been great to have seen those results more often during the week."

    My experience was not too good, I will definitely not be back.

    "Though my kids and I had a good time at Iberostar there were many disappointing aspects to the resort. The main one was the fact that the beach is rocky! If I had known this, I never would have booked a vacation there. It is very difficult to get out into the ocean. Most people didn't even try, instead staying on the beach or using the pool. We also were charged for WiFi, something I have never been charged for in the past and this is my sixth stay at an all inclusive. The cost was 90$ for the three computers we had. I felt gouged. It rained two of the 5 days we were there and though I know that no one can control the weather, we discovered that there was a leak in the roof and when it rained we got a puddle in the bathroom. I told maintenance about it but got no response. This is not a cheap resort, we paid quite a bit to stay there and it was not worth it. "

    OK vacation spot!

    "If the bed was not so incredibly hard/uncomfortable and if there was a sofa to hang out in for the rain, the room would have been fine. The bed situation is a perpetual gripe from most guests, DEAL WITH IT IBEROSTAR!!! Not too happy with the method of removing a plate in the buffet and then not bringing out a new one for more than 10 minutes... Most other places bring out a new full tray and then remove the empty... Now that I have voiced the negatives, I think the 10 days we spent very really good. Great selection of food in buffet and restaurants, just don't expect anything exceptional! Friendly employees! "

    "The experience of spending our Christmas Vacation in Cozumel at the Iberostar was fabulous. The facilities were extremely well maintained. The staff was always there with a smiling face to assure you that you were in need of any assistance. I will definitely consider using Iberostar resorts again."

    Not good:

    "I was not at all happy with our accomodations at the Cozomel Iberostar. The outside of our room was all covered with mold & mildew,the lighting inside was very poor as we couldn't see well enough to shave or put on our makeup.The liquor was cheap brands I never heard like LTD scotch. The beach was impassable,We had a broken sewer cover outside our room,that was very dangerous. the food was not marked properly,and mediocre at best.The boards were rotten and spongy and ready to collapse at any time.The help was very gracious and unbeatable, but the management needs to be replaced.I am sorry but I call it as I see it.     If this means will I come back to your resort, it would take a very good deal for me to consider it!

    "The beds are like sleeping on a piece of plywood. I have never had such worse sleeping from staying in a hotel or a resort ever. Something needs to be done about the cats wondering around the restaurants. Peacocks jumping up on the tables taking left over food, etc. Disgusting. And lets get into the food. Served COLD, we had to send back our diner at the American Grill. Which smells like mold and mildew when you walk in the door. I can only hope that this is just your resort and not indicative of Iberostar as a whole. Customers are paying for the "namebrand" of the resort, the rest is mediocre. "
