    "I loved the room, friendly staff, housekeeping etc. I was not too impressed with the food. While I did not really have a bad meal the food was at best average in my opinion. "

    No, rooms were not good.

    "3 out of 10 rating. The staff were all pleasant, helpful, and very hard working. Good variety of food. Beautiful setting on beach for wedding. The grounds were well maintained and pretty. Serious mold problem in walls and beds, making everything have extremely bad smell. Beds were hard as rocks, but a bit better with mattress topper for those who were lucky enough to get one! Serious shortage of toppers so many were not able to get one. Ceiling fan made lots of clicking noise. There was a big hole under the door so humidity was unusually high in the room despite air conditioner. Our rooms were not ready and we had to wait 3 hours. Room not cleaned until 4:00 pm every day. (They need more staff). Chairs around pool were claimed early in the morning with towels, some by staff, even though no one was in the pool or nearby. Sheets and cases were damp and musty due to humidity. "

    "Enjoyed my vacation with you except our air conditioner didn't work for the first few days, we had to complain for several days, then complained over the phone twice before someone came to fix it that night! We thought your rooms were a little small, no place to put suitcases etc.,also there wasn't much room in bathroom for essentials. I wish the beach area was cleaner, the shoreline could have been cleaned up, did not try to go in ocean because it looked disgusting and rocky."

    Experience was ok; may return in the future if the price is right!

    "We enjoyed our stay at the resort; however I did have high expectations for the resort as I have always heard how nice Iberostar hotels were. The hotel accomodations were just ok. The rooms were somewhat small and beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable! The food at the restaurants was good but the buffets were very marginal; granted I did not starve but the options were just not there. They had no ala cart stations for pasta, grilling etc for dinner. Drinks were good and Fredie at the bar by the beach was awesome. The staff really was great and very responsive; but the hotel itself was just older and am assuming not as nice as other Iberostars."

    "This is an OUTSTANDING/EXCELLENT place to stay! We always return to this resort, there is no other place then we would rather be then here on our vacation! I got engage during our stay here this year and hope to return next year for our Honeymoon!! Thank you Iberostar for all that you do!!"

    I would go back. Got two full beds instead of requested king...but it worked out...stay by the pool / beach end if u do not want to hear the nightly entertainment from 830 pm to 1100 pm...but then it is a quiet resort....

    "Gorgeous place, nice pool, beach and dive center. Food was good to average. Would of liked some lobster one night...not even and the reserve restaurants. Star staff and entertainment A+++. Dive center was great and free scuba try outs! Loved the economy friendly atmosphere and the roaming animals...iguanas, peacocks, cats. Bar and waitstaff could of been a lot more friendly...seemed like we were asking to much for drinks, coffee, pop, beer, etc....it is an all inclusive so they should know people want to eat and drink. A nice resort, nice rooms and showers...wish would of had dresser drawers for clothes..but just lived out of suitcase except for hanging clothes. Would go back...more pluses over negatives. Good value. "

    "First off I'd like to say that this was my first time in Cozumel, recommended by my sister and her husband who stay at iberostar 2 times a year for the last 8 years. Prior to arriving we had requested wheelchair accessible accomodations which they gave us, but we also requested that my sister and her husband be located in the same building due to my disabilities. I also requested double beds because they mother was sharing the room. Our trip was booked 3 months in advance and my sister's was booked 5 months in advance. When we checked in they put us in different buildings my room was in the 40's hers was in the 80's which was not close. I have memory issues and my mother has cancer so we got lost every time we went to our room. My sister approached Marcela and explained this to her along with a problem with her shower head and we were told that the hotel was at capacity but that they would look in to this and get back to us. No one got back to us at all. They dispatched a maintenance person to look at her shower 4 days after we were there, by that time her husband borrowed a tool from one of the maintenance people and took care of the shower head so when they showed up to finally take a look at it she informed them of this. We were expecting 5 star hotel service since that is what we paid for at a rate of $100 per person per day and we felt like a bunch of cattle being rushed through by your front desk people. We understand that your hotel was at full capacity The lack of Marcela not getting back to us left me feeling that your hotel really doesn't care about their employees if they have follow through with their customers because you lead by example. As for the rest of your staff by the pool and the food servers were all excellent. Alba who works in the main dining hall was wonderful and really made us feel welcomed, she went out of her way to accommodate our family. Aaron was also great. I enjoyed Cozumel and plan on returning with my sister and her husband but I have to say she wasn't too happy about this stay and is seriously considering staying at another all inclusive resort on the island. She has recommended many people to your hotel and as a matter a fact there was 14 of us that met at stayed iniberostar. We all left a bit disappointed. My hope is that Axel your hotel Director?? is shown this comment for I am sure that if he met my sister he would recognize her and she has always bragged about iberostar except for this time. Your front desk is lacking customer service skills and they are the forefront of your hotel. "
