We enjoyed staying in the Hotel but it won't be our next palce for spending vacations.

"Generally we enjoyed staying at the Hotel. However, staying in Iberostar Fenicia in Tunisia was better. I would like to recommend to the general management to improve the following: to oblige all tourists to refrain from smoking in the public areas especially in the restaurant; to include drinks cost into the tourist's pack (when breakfast and lunch are included); to negotiate with the neigboring night club to switch off the music after 2300hrs, it was impossible to sleep, music was very loud; to allow using bank cards for paying in the beach bar as well as to pass receipts to the reception when a tourist does not have cash money."

"excellent séjour dans l'hôtel ALBATROS du 17 au 24 juin.propreté,entretien linge et espace intérieur et extérieur,personnel gentil et à votre écoute et nourriture en quantité et qualitéLa proximité de l'aéroport peut rebuter mais la proximité aussi de ce petit coin charmant qu'est le port de CAVTAT nous le fait vite oublier C'était l'avant saison et peut-être qu'en plein été,le trop plein de touristes rend le séjour moins agréable .Nous avons apprécié aussi l'animation discrète et s'arrêtant à une heure très raisonnablePour les petits enfants aussi,ils semblaient bien encadrés et toujours les bienvenus"

"Only one point that was not good. We had payed a supplement for seaview, but we got a room with trees and 1/5 part seaview. After 3 days the desk gave us a better room with a real seaview. 3 days we were "camping" in the "bad" room, because we could not empty our luggage. 3 days that my wife was really disappointed!"

the staff and food are a lot better than the building

"Friendly staff, hotel very clean.Floors in the rooms looked old and should be renewed.The building on the terrace at the snackbar suffered from a lot of wet-stains.The building should be maintained better.Great food."
