Most pleasant stay, staff were wonderful people! But much too cold pools. Need heating this seasons.
"So sad that the pools were icecold at Boa vista, Kap Verde. Hardly anyone Went in those Beautiful pools. They were not enough heated by the sun. However, the hotel had a wonderful location, excellent food and service. Also my family enjoyed the opportunities to join zumba for example, great trainer. "Rating: 8,0
"Overall impressions were good. Liked location of our room but badly needed refurbishment. Poor furniture - poor mattress - bathroom unsatisfactory (crazed basin/leaking shower/dirty grouting). Other than news programmes, there was nothing to watch on TV. Some DVDs would have been good. Food was average, although the second restaurant was a disappointment. Here we expected something better, but we thought the quality of the food was worse than the buffet. The quality of the wine on tap was dreadful and we felt undrinkable. Perhaps we expected too much from an all-inclusive holiday - our first experience. We liked the general ambiance and thought the friendliness and willingness of the staff was outstanding. "What a great stay we had in the Boa Vista Iberostar.... Exellent service.....always and without exeption very friendly towards us. Nice and clean room,the cleaning crew is one of the hardest working crew in the hotel... Great food...something for everyone's taste. The animation team was very nice...allways friendly and in the evening shows we were often surprised that they presented the shows like real pro's....great stuff! This has been for me and my son...one of the nicest stays in a hotel since a long time. Keep up the good work....we'll be back!!!"Rating: 10,0
