    "This was my first ever visit and my experience was tremendos the hotel is very well situated, the rooms are very good and ever where was very clean the food was out of this world, the staff with the exception of the reception were excellent (the reception staff needed to smile more and at least pretend to enjoy their work the only downside was the birds )but this would not put me off staying again "

    Excellent rooms, food and sevice provide and ideal venue.

    "This hotel provided the ideal combination of high quality rooms, excellent food, friendly and efficient staff. The golf facilities offered made this an ideal venue for a golf break. I cannot fault this hotel whhich provides such great value for money. "

    We shall not come again

    "OUr 5th stay at this hotel, but our last. Previously we have really enjoyed our stay but this time we found the excessive number of very large groups overwhelming and very noisy. You have to go in to the dining room as soon as it opens to be sure to get a table as so many are reserved. If you like a noisy public area that shares the bar, loud entertainers, disco, & football you will enjoy it."

    Changing hotels next year to one which is All inclusive.

    "Went on golfing trip in November for second year running. All inclusive package. Golf good, rooms good, food very good. Service ok depending on time of day, and unusually tipping didn't seem to help much. Main grumble is that all inclusive should include being able to have a swim without having to pay an extra €8 per day. And surely they could include free Wifi when it doesn't cost them?"

    Apart from the above, very satisfied; good food!

    "The only points to be improved: Mobile Phone reception, this was very poor both inside and outside the hotel. My provider is Movistar. Although I was only in the hotel for 3 days, I bought a weeks internet connection at the reception desk, saving 1 Euro. No problem. However, the internet was so poor that I frequently could not receive my email and could not connect to websites."

    Excellent Staff, wonderful Breakfast and Dinner buffet (best I've experienced in the world), comfortable rooms.

    "Your staff were excellence throughout our 4 day stay. I have never, ever experienced such a sumptuous buffet in my whole life! The rooms were comfortable and had roomy terraces. TWO negative points - no extractor fans in the bathrooms and no free Wi-fi in the rooms - both of these would put me off coming back!! "

    I had a good holiday at the Hotel and on the gold course.

    "Excellent stay Not so satisfied with you charging to use the pool and restrictions on wi -fi that is free in many places these days. Should all be included in the overall package price. The food is always very good. No problems"

We regret your disappointment related to the extra charge for the use of our indoor heated pool and would like to take the opportunity to explain that the pool is located in our Spa Sensations and gives access to the thermal area; this information is reported on our website. The extra charge for the use of our Wi Fi service is also reported on our website for guests who wish to stay connected after the daily 30 minutes courtesy access.
