    Too isolated for me and the bar staff were not always friendly

    "Hotel and food very good shame that it is so isolated which I did not like.I found the drinking glasses had to be checked to make sure they were clean also the plates and cups.I also agree with other comments I have seen that the food was at times cold by the time you got back to you table, I found this more so with the chips.Also the bar staff was not always friendly, they let the hotel down"

Moreover we took good note of your comments on our crockery and lament not being informed immediately of the imperfections you describe; our dishes, glasses and cutlery are being washed in industrial dishwashers at very high temperatures to ensure that not only any food remain is totally eliminated but that all resistant bacteria is killed; Furthermore our waiting staff revises each piece before placing them in our buffets to make sure that everything is spotless before the opening of the restaurant; we invite you to contact our Maître present at the restaurant throughout all services in case you find any shortage being to us of prime importance to offer total confidence in this area and we will be enchanted to adjust any situation which is not in accordance with our established standards.     "This is our 3rd visit in 4 years at this hotel, and we feel that the bedrooms could benefit from a 'make over', also the varity of the food was not as good as previous years, otherwise no complaints, the staff were very good and helpful as was the cleanliness everywhere. "

    "The Royal Andalus is, although a good hotel, in need of a refurbishment. The room we had, whilst a large family room, was tired, many items needed replacing. The furnishings were harsh and uncomfortable, the bed frame broken and noisy. The fridge broke down and was replaced. Could be a lovely hotel. Food good,but could do with variation, ie. Chinese or indian nights. Staff very good overall. Location fabulous. Entertainment mediocre. "

Our hotel was fully renovated in 2006 however we took good note of your remarks and will not fail to share them with our management team for further revision. At IBEROSTAR we have a true passion for gastronomy and are fully aware that meals are an aspect of primary importance for our guests to enjoy their holidays abroad, this is why our expert team of chefs strives to surprise our guests with high quality culinary delights both local and international, following a two weeks menu rotation so as to guarantee the possibility to savor many different flavors at every single meal and make it one of the best added values to their holiday among us.     "The food as usual in choice, quantity and quality was excellent. We both felt that the room could do with some brightening up as it was rather dark. The general cleanliness of the room was good and this aspect of the main parts of the hotel was excellent. In all aspects an enjoyable stay"
