    Very good

    "The hotel is very well run, we enjoyed our stay there, the food was really good, pools very nice. All the staff were pleasant. The only downside I would say is the evening entertainment could be better and the showroom used for a disco, not a lot to do,in the evening. But we had a very good holiday there"

    "This was our 2nd visit to the hotel and it was not as good as last time. A lot of Trainee (very young) staff being shouted at by floor managers in the restaurant.(not a good image).Young people need to be trained in a calm controlled enviornment. The food was not as good as last time. no Tea making facilities. "

    "Dear Teresa, First and foremost we would like to thank you for your return visit to our IBEROSTAR Founty Beach hotel and for the time you took out of your day to reach out to us to inform us of your experience. Please accept our sincerest apologies if you experienced any inconsistency in our service, however we would like to take the opportunity to explain that Moroccan people have different ways to communicate and even if they seem that they are shouting , it is simply their way of speaking and we want to reassure you on this point; Moreover our trainees being, obviously inexperienced, may drop glasses and plates whilst clearing tables, and this is what we assume you witnessed during your stay, an experienced waiter telling the trainee to be more attentive. Moreover, we lament your disappointment for the lack of tea/coffee making facilities in our rooms, although this is not a standard for 4 star hotels in Morocco, especially in All Inclusive establishments. Last but not least, we took good note of your comment related to our buffets and shared them with our Management team for further revision.     "My wife and I found the hospitaity , food ,staff were first class.only one problem no tea, coffee making facility in room, I spoke to the Manager with ref to this,the following morning we had tea, coffee to wake up to, well done Carlos the manager .We would return to same hotel again."

    Not very good

    "The hotel was not very clean. The smell of damp or dirty curtains was over powering in the room. Iberostar has such a good name. Your hotel in Morocco was horrible and dirty. The chairs in reception were dirty, the staff in their uniforms were dirty. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody. If all your hotels are like this then I will never go to them. "

    the majority of staff were polite and friendly some staff were extremely helpful and polite. I will also state that the rule about reserving sunbeds is not adhered to as fellow guests put their towels on beds before 8am and remained on those beds for at l

    "On the whole I found staying at Founty Beach Agadir a very relaxing time however there were a few glitches and did not feel that the staff when I complained acted professionally or reacted to those complaints effectively. The hotel is lovely however does feel in need of refurbishment as chairs were broken or stained, in the lobby area. I would recommend that the toilet facilities in the lobby/reception be dramatically improved."
