    "My wife and I found the hospitaity , food ,staff were first class.only one problem no tea, coffee making facility in room, I spoke to the Manager with ref to this,the following morning we had tea, coffee to wake up to, well done Carlos the manager .We would return to same hotel again."

    Not very good

    "The hotel was not very clean. The smell of damp or dirty curtains was over powering in the room. Iberostar has such a good name. Your hotel in Morocco was horrible and dirty. The chairs in reception were dirty, the staff in their uniforms were dirty. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody. If all your hotels are like this then I will never go to them. "

    the majority of staff were polite and friendly some staff were extremely helpful and polite. I will also state that the rule about reserving sunbeds is not adhered to as fellow guests put their towels on beds before 8am and remained on those beds for at l

    "On the whole I found staying at Founty Beach Agadir a very relaxing time however there were a few glitches and did not feel that the staff when I complained acted professionally or reacted to those complaints effectively. The hotel is lovely however does feel in need of refurbishment as chairs were broken or stained, in the lobby area. I would recommend that the toilet facilities in the lobby/reception be dramatically improved."

    Overall an enjoyable holiday, would have been improved with a few customer friendly touches.

    "Our stay at the Iberostar in Agadir on the whole was good. The staff are very accommodating and any issues were dealt with promptly. Our room was clean and the beds comfortable. This hotel could do with some re-generating, we found the dinning room to be depressing due to it's lack lustre decoration, very 1970's. A big can of white paint and new curtains would totally lift the mood in there. Our main complaint would be that the first day we arrived we got a bottle of water in our room, thereafter we had to get it from behind the bar. But the bottles were small, economically wouldn't it be cost effective for the hotel to provide all rooms with a large bottle every day rather than customers taking 3 or 4 small ones from behind the bar. As it is all inclusive a few bottles in the fridge would have been welcome.( soft drinks or beer)This is the first all inclusive we have stayed in, that did not provide at least water every day, or as necessary. Fridges placed around the pool with water in them would be a good idea saving the bar staff extra time, to serve other drinks. A few more beds on the beach would have been welcome. We could only get a sunbed late in the afternoon. Due mainly to people bagging them in the morning (3 or 4 in some cases). And not using them until later in the day. The hotel is well placed and the walk way all the way on the front to the harbour was well used by us. "
