    Food, drinks and staff hospitality was EXCELLANT. Hotel premises clean but not exceptional !!!

    "Though we paid extra for beach facing deluxe room, unfortunately room and facilities in the room were nowhere upto 5* hotel standards. Furniture broken, toilet tap broken, shower soap dispensers not working properly, usage of security safe and room fridge had to be paid extra, inside heated pool never hot etc........ This was common with most rooms according to other guests. "

Our hotel is a 4 star property and as per standard all rooms are revised by our housekeeping staff and a member of our management team to ensure that everything is functional at all times; clearly we were not performing to our usual standard on this occasion and please be assured that your comments have been shared with the Hotel Manager for further review. On the other hand, we were glad to read that you were very satisfied with the quality of our buffets and that our team members have managed to meet your expectations in regards to hospitality and service delivered.     Improvement necesserary: Building (Owner); WiFi (Management); Food avaiability (Management)

    "+ Fine location, fine buildings, fine rooms. ++ Fine service from the staff and very good service from management. But: -- Very noisy. Impossible to have a normal conversation in Lobby, Bar and Restaurant. (Indoor) -- WiFi only in Lobby (Bad) and connection very slow. A good WiFi is a must today. -- No food available in Hotel, when back from golf after 3.30 in afternoon "

    Veery Good throughout!!

    " I and my wife like the Iberostar Founty Beach hotel very much, and find it one of the best hotels for us, good rooms, good food, and situated in a nice area. Just comparable with the best Iberostar hotel in Varadero on Cuba which we visited two years ago. We really enjoyed our trip to Agadir now! "

    "I really enjoyed my stay. All staff were lovely. The amenities were great. The restaurant was fantastic as it had many varieties to try. All fresh and clean. If I had a moan then it would be the soap dispenser in my bathroom. It did not work. "

    Do not know what is meant by "resume your experience"

    "Good quality hotel and lovely food. Two unpleasant incidents involving other people entering our room.The manager was unsympathetic.An item of clothing was stolen from the room and because it was of low value he seemed uninterested and vaguely amused that we were concerned."
