Very good - but be aware it's a very children-oriented hotel and its restaurant facilities are very cramped for its rating.
"Excellent service towards wheelchair user, and excellent accessibility throughout hotel. A few automatic external doors is all that's needed to make wheelchair accessibility perfect! Very good service and staff attitude. Responsive room service. Entertainment for adults not particularly good quality, but that was not an issue for us. Some small extras would really increase the service level with little additional effort, such as routine poolside service and a little sharper restaurant table service. Main criticism was the restaurant. The food was generally very good, and at Xmas it was really excellent. It is let down by the overcrowded restaurant, especially the self-service area, which made dining a chore rather than a pleasure despite the food. At times - including New Year - it felt more like a school canteen disco than a good restaurant, despite the food quality. Also, the hotel seemed excellent for children and young families. That is great, but other customers should perhaps be aware of the high proportion of children, and the noise and other consequences of young children running around and playing in the lobby and restaurant. Overall, an excellent stay and we would certainly come back to Agadir. If it wasn't for the small restaurant, we would simply re-book Iberostar. However, given the restaurant, we will be considering other hotels as well. "Rating: 7,0
"Very disappointing stay. Had stayed before and had good experience so booked again. Mistake. Allocated a very very poor room in bowels of hotel smelling of damp. Doors opened onto enclosed area next to Gym and no furniture to sit out. These rooms should not be used. After remonstrating got upgrade. Food disappointing in quality and variety. A much lower standard than our previous stay. Will not use Iberostar again."Rating: 5,0
Hotel with poorly administrative organization
"During the years we have stayed at several Moroccan 3- and 4-star hotels. This was the first hotel where we met rude, uninterested and impolite management of the services. There was no information given what services would be included in the all inclusive week, which we had paid for. The kitchen and swimming pool area were excellent and the cleaning and serving staff did in general their best. On the other hand the safe in the room which had to be rent did not work, the rooms were cleaned if the client expressed the wish for cleaning, the receipts given were inaccurate, the expensive sauna was filled several times with stinging smoke, the hammam had no handbasins for bathing, there was only one functioning shower but no towel or soap for the client after the sauna/hammam, the questions asked at the reception were not answered etc. "Rating: 2,0
